I loved it, at first i found the system difficult to understand and work with but then i picked up. Great team members, nice system, and most important the after sales support is outstanding.

Pros

The team members are super friendly and supportive, \[sensitive content hidden\] bas very patient during the onboarding phase and she made sure we really understood the system. The system is straight to the point and provides all needed support for the gym management system. There could few features to add

Probably if we dont continue working together, i might lose the database of my clients at the gym ( im not 100% sure but this is what i understood )

It used to be better but it’s average now.

Pros

I liked that they took feedback seriously and always applied them into their system. I used to love their customer service and that’s why I recommended SheFit \[sensitive content hidden\] to join.

Cons

Customer service is weak. When I first started it was the best quality and the reason I left MindBody. But now I am really disappointed with the customer-service. At the days of Aboud, it was excellent. Another thing I don’t like is that students can’t rate their experience with class and write a review which was one of the main driving factors to fill my classes when using MindBody.

Being online helps me run my business when im away, when data is entered correctly the reports are amazing

Cons

Asking for help is difficult especially when we require field visits to help us with training and launching , although im willing to pay for the support trip its not available.

Since in2 was the software we used i continued but now im getting offers from different softwares that are willing to do the training on site

I have used IN2 to run my business from A to Z and it gave me more clarity on the financial aspect of the business and kept me on track with all my clients. Customer support is excellent and always there to help. The price of the service is fair. Overall super happy with the service.

The product is user friendly, has a multitude of features that can make booking and organizing classes easy and seamless. truly a lifesaver for gyms, and fitness instructors

Cons

Some editing options in the backend can more more straightforward.

My overall experience with In2 is great, despite having some issues here and there, In2 team always tried to find ways to make us satisfied.

Pros

I like In2 because of ease of use, customer service, convenience, the fact that they are able to accommodate with Oman’s payment gateways and accommodate to our needs!

Cons

I wish there would be some additional features such as: - mobile application or compatibility to the back end. - wou - Ability to easily change levels of classes without having to create a different class (this would be a life changer) - Gift card system - better payment system with less issues - being able to add more than one package to a single purchase whilst also adding POS items to include in the same purchase. - customization of invoices (adding several purchases to a single invoice)

Till now our experience with In2 has been flawless! they trained all our staff in person and stayed in contact with us until we were fully functional and running, and are always available to support in case we need anything. As promised some new and exciting features are coming up; can't wait.

Pros

That its customizable according to my needs and club operation, the interface is very user friendly , and it gave us a very big organizational push by helping us manage our club in an easier and more clearer way, providing me as Management with easy access spontaneous reports to be able to evaluate everything on spot, while giving access; to all our clients/players through there app, to there accounts, sessions and attendance. And helping the coaches on the ground with the day to day attendance and follow ups.

Cons

For the moment everything is great. Features are constantly being updated or new ones added on the system and on the app.
