I was able to find a number that worked well and could be remembered by people easily. I paid for the service and connected just one line to my cell phone as that is what I use for calls on the go. It worked immediately after set up.

Pros

800.com is very easy to set up and works almost instantly. I have had a few phone calls, they were very clear and told me it was a 1-800 call coming in and could see the actual number calling. It is a great service and I highly recommend it!

Cons

I don't have anything that I do not like at this time as it has worked great for my business. Everything about 800.com is easy and inexpensive and suits all of my business needs.

I have not had a great overall experience with the system. Many hours trying to learn the basics. It is too technical for my liking. I just would prefer a simple user friendly system over all the extra features.

Pros

I really like the ability to create a custom 800 number. The pricing and services are not bad. Many Options.

Cons

The platform and verification to get the system up and running is excessive and very labor intensive

Pros

The platform is simple to understand and use, and offers the necessary features I'm looking for in a toll free number system.

Cons

There are some limitations in the recorded answer functionality...it does work, but I'd like to have some additional flexibility.

I recently signed up with 800.com for my business telephone communications. 800.com is very simple to set up. I get all my calls and text messages. I never miss any more leads or my clients phone calls very simple and professional service.

There’s nothing I don’t like about 800.com like I said it’s very simple as set up easy access and very reasonably priced.

### "Great Call Features, But Text features Could Be Easier"

Overall, my experience with 800.com has been positive. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do when it comes to managing business calls and maintaining a professional presence. However, improving accessibility to customer support especially through texting would take the experience to the next level.

Pros

Easy to use : What I liked most about 800.com is how easy it is to set up a business phone number and manage calls in one place. The call forwarding, voicemail, and tracking features are very helpful for staying organized and professional. It’s a solid solution for small business owners who need a reliable communication system without something overly complicated.

Cons

Not able to text my customers: What I liked least is that it’s not as easy to text customers as I would prefer. In today’s fast-paced environment, having a simple and direct texting option for my 800 # would make the experience much smoother and more convenient, especially when you need quick answers.

Great experience overall. Had some minor bugs / issues that we had to navigate at first, but great usage case. No complaints. Does the job well

Very useful. Exactly what I needed. I really like the voicemail set up feature . We were able to set up a very professional voicemail in a short amount of time using the built in tools .

Cons

I have noticed some minor bugs with the app. Some issues with calls being immediately dropped . Also some issues with calls being inaudible at times or failing to go through. This usually resolves following a closing and reopening of the application . Also ran into some call routing issues at the start , but got that squared away. No problems since .

Pros

Ease of use, speed of the process and affordability of the service! I like it so much that I keep coming back for more.

Nothing really, though I wished it was easier to make sure the number is verified for text messaging and marketing campaigns.

Very happy with the sales, service and app! I would not hesitate for a moment to sign up with them as a small business owner if you're looking for a reliable service with a custom number~

Pros

It's a quick and easy set up, I've tested the system and have had zero issues with receiving or making phone calls from the app. The cost is relatively low compared to what I'm paying for our office phones through another company and honestly, I'm considering switching over in the future to this service simply because of its ease of use, low cost and the fact that so far, absolutely no bugs or glitches in the software. The sales team has been incredibly helpful, they walked me through the setup and were very clear on the features and benefits of the program but didn't do a hard sell - they also discussed the potential cons of the system for our company. Overall very happy with it, it's a reliable, secure system that I'd not hesitate to sign up for.

Cons

Really nothing, I love that I could pick out my own number mostly - it wasn't completely customizable but close enough.

### "Great for Small Business"

Very good experience for us. We were able to take down the number we wanted and get the call routing up to speed in no time. Routing is very professional and adds peace of mind to our customers that they're dealing with a well run business.

Pros

The website and mobile app interface is easy to learn and works seamlessly. It's a great value for the money; a whole phone system for a small business like ours where we dont have a lot of time to train things like this. We plugged it in and same day were using it like pros.

Cons

The SMS verification is hard to understand. We haven't done it yet. I realize they want to stop spammers, but the how to and definitions are not clear. There should be more diagrams and explanations. We are still using our other SMS system.

Great experience! I spoke with them to inquire about getting a vanity number for my small business, and they came through with the number that I wanted as well as the service that is appreciated!

Pros

I contacted 800.com to inquire about setting up service for my new company. I wanted a vanity number. They were able to provide the number I requested and have it forwarded to my cell phone. I was very impressed with the speed of the process. As a bonus, I also get text messages with a transcript of the voicemail messages that I receive. I highly recommend 800.com to anyone but especially small business owners who want to "look bigger". 5 star!

Cons

I have no cons so far. My experience with them has been perfect from the start. It is also very reasonably priced.

We love 800.com. It was easy to find the number we were looking for. It took a little bit to get everything confirmed but the customer service representative went above and beyond to help us! I would said the ability to find the number and secure it was the biggest part of deciding to use 800.com but the customer service representative was the biggest part of confirming that we went with the right company. Would recommend 10/10!!

Cons

The only complaint would be the price - but every business has to make money and I believe that what we paid for and received was fair
