I still get my messages and texts from my clients and that's very important to me; Even when I can't answer calls; Which I can't right now just because I am too busy at the moment. I always get the messages in real time and they even have AI Agents that can take your calls for you and just do a whole bunch more stuff as well which is very helpfull; Taking the messaging service into the outer limits.

Pros

I really really like . They are pretty Cool and fasinating actually. They are very understandable people that really care about their clients and their businesses. If difficult times arrive they are there for you and work with you. I've had more than one of those moments. Their pricing is very fair, and the quality of their products is amazing. I will always remember how they really aided me and helped mme succeed with my business.

Cons

can really be busy sometimes depending on when you call because their so popular. Sometimes you have to wait for someone to call you back, which they do pomptly.

There is a light lag with call transferring to other numbers but that has been the only issue we really have found.

Overall, it’s a good app to use just a bit of adjusting. I had 100.com for over a year now I love how I can have all of my communication needs handled in one spot as far as having my phone and fax and that I can adjust with automated system systems and text messaging.

Pros

I like how has the app to utilize it makes things easier to get to, but I would like it to also have the same features as the website

Cons

The app does not have the same features as the website and it seems that I do not get calls. Sometimes they drop or do not go through. I want to be able to have Khols come through to my phone from the app so I can see the numbers instead of having to forward my number

Over all this was a good experience. It took minutes to obtain the number, fast easy and local. The only issue I had so far, last week somebody ( I’m guessing a robo caller) called that phone number over 170 times in 3 days. I was able to get ahold of \[sensitive content hidden\] I believe, and they walked me through a solution that helped. Yes it was maddening!!

Pros

I loved the convenience and ease of setting up my new local number. I don’t have to use my personal number for business and I’m not required to carry a second phone!! The new local number rings straight to my current phone.

Cons

I’m not quite good with having to setup SMS I guess I’m spoiled with that all already done in the background with conventual cell phones. But it minor in comparison to other options.

Overall the experience that I had was a 9/10 there was only thing that I have a gripe about. But I will continue to use the service because it's simple, easy to understand and gives me the maximum amount for what I am looking to spend monthly.

Pros

I like that #1 I was Able to create my own number. Also, the process was easy and simple to follow through with. More importantly for the money that is charged monthly, I do think that you get the most bang for your buck.

Cons

The one thing I didn't like was that I entered a number that I wanted to use and when I typed it in, since that exact number was not available it abbreviated the number for me, but didn't notify me to either change the number or give me a heads up that the number was going to be altered a bit.

Great experience! I spoke with them to inquire about getting a vanity number for my small business, and they came through with the number that I wanted as well as the service that is appreciated!

Pros

I contacted to inquire about setting up service for my new company. I wanted a vanity number. They were able to provide the number I requested and have it forwarded to my cell phone. I was very impressed with the speed of the process. As a bonus, I also get text messages with a transcript of the voicemail messages that I receive. I highly recommend 800.com to anyone but especially small business owners who want to "look bigger". 5 star!

I have no cons so far. My experience with them has been perfect from the start. It is also very reasonably priced.

This was overall and awful experience. They are unprofessional and they system is subpar too way to long for a number to be activated.

Pros

The only thing I liked most was the number was easy to establish and get set up, it only took about 10 minutes.

Cons

They are quick to take payment, but 3 to 5 days to set up a number is not reasonable with todays technology. We were scheduled for an "Onboarding Zoom Call" and 15 minutes after said scheduled time, we were rescheduled with no notification by email to later in the day. Our time is valuable and wasting it is not good business practice.

So far so good, I like the option of a toll free number that is not too expensive and easy to use. I love the service and experience thus far.

Pros

I like that's it's Easy to learn and the features are very innovative. I love the flexibility of the service.

Cons

The price and the capabilities could not a bit easier to get to and tutorial should be made available immediately before getting the device.

We were looking for a vanity number that would allow us to track our advertising campaigns—specifically, to connect website traffic to inbound phone calls—so we could measure engagement, attribute revenue to those calls, and clearly demonstrate return on advertising investment.

Pros

The pricing is extremely reasonable and affordable. The ease of use is also a breeze. Form the set u to 800.cm's continued use and maintenance make is fast and affordable to track campaigns.

Cons

Nothing. provided exactly what we needed and at the moment could not think of a feature or integration I wold recommend, it's all in there.
