Pros

Ease of the Scheduling platform for me as the Administrator, as well as for our caregivers. There have been no complaints, difficulties, or snags.

Cons

Nothing. I love everything. I've had a wonderful experience since we started with GeOH. We currently have the Scheduling platform are looking to add billing.

Pros

I love my onboarding team, from the time I signed up to the time I completed onboarding everyone was very nice, easy going, very understanding and patient.

Cons

Have no cons yet. I am still learning and growing trying to find ways to make it more efficient for me and my employees.

Pros

Honestly, everything has been great so far! The system is very easy to navigate and user-friendly, which made the onboarding process smooth and stress-free. I feel very confident using GEOH and appreciate how organized and efficient everything is!!

Cons

At this time, I have not experienced anything negative. Everything has been smooth, and the support has been very helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had questions.

At times your representative is hard to get a hold of or will reply the following week. Theres no teaching opportunities for certain services, only the option to pay them to do it. Cannot switch representatives if you wish to do so. Did not feel as listened to with \[sensitive content hidden\] , more so like she listened to respond not reallu understand.

Pros

The system itself is great and the top one to use. The system is pretty easy to navigate. It has a lot a neat features included with it.

My overall experience with GEOH goes beyond measures, before I used this platform for our agency, I worked with other agencies and had learned quickly how to obtain everything within the application. It is a great experience to work along side some very amazing people and not just any people but ones you consider to be your family!

Pros

What I liked most about GEOH is that they made our agency feel like they were family, it was more than just doing business. It was more about making sure that myself and our agency were comfortable while doing there part, rather it was fixing a schedule, making sure the dashboard was clear and ready to submit for billing, as well as reaching out to our staff for any needs or concerns they may have while using the mobile application.

Cons

What I like the least about GEOH is having to see people who I have worked so closely with, who I considered them as a confidant having to step into another role but within they made sure the agency was taken care of and provided me with knowledgeable info and also set a meet and greet with who was now coming aboard.

Cons

So far, I do not have any complaints with using GEOH. I cant think of any changes that need to be made within the app

So far, my overall experience has been great. I was very fortunate to have had an agent that's knowledgeable with Geoh. \[sensitive content hidden\] always made sure we were confident enough in using the Geoh app before exiting zoom calls. Scheduling was confusing at first but by the end of our second zoom meeting, I feel a lot more confident.

Pros

I really enjoyed exploring the portal with \[sensitive content hidden\]. She was very patient and informative. Anytime I had a question or didn't understand something about Geoh, she always emailed me back or called right away.

Cons

Nothing, everything was self explanatory. Each tab tells me it's proper function. No different than learning a new skill, it's always confusing at the beginning. As long as you have an agent that takes as much pride as \[sensitive content hidden\] does in helping clients, you'll be fine.

Nothing I really like the company. They re always polite and pleasant to speak with. If was ever confused about anything they helped.

My overall experience has been amazing! It took a little time to get used to things but I am so glad I trusted Geoh with my EVV's and billing. I like getting my claims paid out on time. Also, doing the auditing was very helpful and quick.

Cons

Trying to get used to GEOD's system after being with a different system for month's, but Geoh's team helped me every step of the way.

I love that. I am a new company and GEOH it’s easy to work with. The software is great. The clock in and clock out is amazing for my caregivers.

Being I am a new company I do not have any concerns about Geoh services at this moment but if I do, I would reach out.

What I like most about geoh right now is the new and improved scheduling style.

Cons

What I like the least about geoh is when I just recently plotted certain schedules, It will not show up when I'm trying to extract it as visits. It will only show up like 5 hours later.

Overall experience with GEOH has been great!!! The company has someone really helped me with the overwhelming feeling of billing and the worry of not getting claim approved. I would recommend it to anyone starting a business and are unsure of the billing world. WAY TO GO GEOH!!!!!!!!!

I liked that GEOH takes the time you walk you through each and every step of the process. The company literally walks you through step by step, and make sure you are comfortable and provides the resources you need for any obstacle you may face.

Cons

To be totally honest I can not think of any con's at the moment. Anything that I may have doubted related to being unsure was made a ease!

So far, my experience with Geoh has been wonderful. The product is affordable. The team is relatable and I’m able to manage and track units, hours, & employees. Who really has time to chase down their staff versus being able to have an accountability friend in business? Geoh allows us to manage our company effortlessly through the online app and I love that for us.

Pros

One of the number one things that I love the most about Geo is that you don’t have to be the most tech savvy to use the product. The team is very patient and will walk you through how to utilize the online system. I love the fact that it comes in the form of an app, and that I can monitor my staff easily with one tap of a button.

Cons

Nothing. Love the service. It keeps us on point.

He as on vacation with his Family and still decided to take the time out to sign me up with the company! Then I was assigned to \[sensitive content hidden\] to help me with the onboarding process. She worked around my time for the zoom meeting and walked me through the whole process! Both \[sensitive content hidden\]n were very professional and nice. And I cant forget my Billing Team! \[sensitive content hidden\] They made sure they emailed me and texted letting me know they are there to help me when needed!

Pros

Its very user friendly and the fact that Geoh can help with the billing is time consuming! Rather your company is big or small. Using this service is very well needed!

Cons

To be honest its nothing about Geoh that I dislike! I may have to give it some time to use the system more but so far i have no complaints!
