I was very fortunate to have had an agent that's knowledgeable with Geoh. \[sensitive content hidden\] always made sure we were confident enough in using the Geoh app before exiting zoom calls. Scheduling was confusing at first but by the end of our second zoom meeting, I feel a lot more confident. Pros I really enjoyed exploring the portal with \[sensitive content hidden\]. She was very patient and informative. Anytime I had a question or didn't understand something about Geoh, she always emailed me back or called right away. Cons Nothing, everything was self explanatory. Each tab tells me it's proper function. No different than learning a new skill, it's always confusing at the beginning. It is a great experience to work along side some very amazing people and not just any people but ones you consider to be your family! Pros What I liked most about GEOH is that they made our agency feel like they were family, it was more than just doing business. It was more about making sure that myself and our agency were comfortable while doing there part, rather it was fixing a schedule, making sure the dashboard was clear and ready to submit for billing, as well as reaching out to our staff for any needs or concerns they may have while using the mobile application. Cons What I like the least about GEOH is having to see people who I have worked so closely with, who I considered them as a confidant having to step into another role but within they made sure the agency was taken care of and provided me with knowledgeable info and also set a meet and greet with who was now coming aboard.
