If you do not have a lot of experience this is perfect. The customersupport will always help you. Pros The staff is really good and nice. The communication is also very good and very open. You can really do it step by step the wat you want to. Cons Sometimes there a little problems but they are always fixed really quick. The customer support is really good. I would highly recommend ProCare or Brightwheel, but I definitely cannot recommend Wonderschool. Pros They started off great with customer service, but totally misrepresented themselves and soon their customer service was basically non-existent. Cons Impossible to get in touch with a person. Their chat was always disabled, phone calls were usually sent to, “please call back during business hours,” even though my calls were during business hours. I literally spent hours upon hours trying to connect with a person and would send emails that I wouldn’t get responses from for days. They also held some of our funds for months and it became a hard-fought battle to get the funds released; funds that were ours. Still best with all other components in place. Pros Everything from accounting to attendance and onboarding. Charges is the best part. You get paid swiftly as scheduled. Amazing app and website. Cons The fact that we are not able to go paperless by downloading check in and check out to PDF with signatures though those signatures are on the app they download into EXCELS and no signatures captured on Microsoft EXCELS. So, you cannot use the attendance to meet state requirements for attendance audit. Only tweak needed to be absolutelt perfect and retain customers running to other apps. Getting information from them was like finding a needle in a haystack and you know who you are. Pros There employees are always on vacation and there clients are left on hold until they return. They have bad attitudes. Cons I missed out on grant funding to start up my child care program because their employees intentionally kept putting me on hold until the funding ran out. Deeply upset that it lobbied and was awarded over $10 Million from Michigan's Legislature, and has experienced no oversight. It has also partnered with other states to "expand childcare access." Pros It is visually appealing. That is the only positive thing I have to say about it. Cons Everything else. Their predatory Terms of Service, lack of ability to control options on my own account, lack of functionality and basic reports, lack of ability to contact a human when there are issues, lack of transparency, lack of people with experience in childcare in the company, the extortion of providers and families information for their monetary gain. Alternatives considered [Procare Solutions](https://www.capterra.com/p/23486/Procare-Child-Care-Management/) Reasons for choosing Wonderschool Procare had bought Sandbox and offered an easy transition. We have used Procare in the past and were unsatisfied with its clunkiness, lack of customer service, and predatory pricing. Pros I really like how everything is in one app from booking an appoint to registering the children and payments. I also like the signing in and out, I think it’s very helpful and easy handle compare to using paper when signing in and out. The parents also love it! they can easily sign in their children without needing to touch other devices. Cons I personally don’t have any complaints or dislikes.
