I was working on connecting a client’s DNS records and, listen… I am the tech person. This is literally my lane. So when things weren’t connecting, I was like, “Cool cool cool, love this for me." Enter Flodesk Support. If you’ve ever had to deal with support teams who go full ghost or send you copy-paste nonsense, this was the complete opposite. Flodesk? 12/10 experience. Would absolutely recommend. Pros They replied fast, were actually friendly (rare), and didn’t treat me like I was out here trying to plug a toaster into the cloud. They even checked back in on their own to make sure everything was working after the fix. Cons Absolutely nothing to dislike. They were quick, friendly, and proactive.
