I have had a good experience with this tool so far. There are things to improve but it is a good starting point.

Pros

Very versatile tool with responsive and helpful customer support. It’s easy to use and you don’t have to write any code in order to build forms or workflows.

Cons

It can slow down a bit when there are a lot of logic branches and different elements, and if you do want to customise more, it can be limiting.

Learning curve starts off easy, but naturally increases with more niched customizations and tailored needs. Customer service and documentation help with this

Overall, Checkbox delivers a solid experience for creating and managing surveys. It works well for most basic and intermediate needs, though I feel it could be smoother with better UI responsiveness and advanced integrations.

Pros

What I liked most about Checkbox is how straightforward it is to set up surveys and forms. It saves time and makes data collection much easier without needing deep technical skills.

Cons

The interface can sometimes feel a bit clunky, especially when handling larger forms. Some features require extra clicks, which slows down the workflow compared to other modern tools.

I've been using Checkbox on a basis, for two years now. Its been a game changer, for me especially when it comes to creating forms automating documents and setting up approval workflows. At this point it's a part of how we do things

Pros

Checkbox is reliable. It gives a lot of flexibility. Making forms is easy. The logic features are a help when you're trying to build complicated workflows without needing to know how to code. At first it might take some time to get the hang of everything. Once you do it ends up saving a ton of labor.

Cons

The UI has an feel, to it which can make it a challenge for new users to get up and running. When you're dealing with projects that have a lot of rules things can get pretty unwieldy. It's not always easy to keep track of everything. The reporting features, in particular could be more user friendly. As it stands they're a bit of a letdown

Our experience has been great. Our processes have been implemented in the software easily and our contracts only go through it.

Pros

Checkbox has been extremely easy to implement within our team. Its forms allow the members of our team to easily organize each task and each's development.

Cons

Definitely the limitation to customize has been a major con but its a very easy one to work around of.

I like best the user interface which is easy and intuitive make it simple to create professionally ,elegant branded workflows .Provide big selection of question types and logic options to choose from.Customizable templates that allow fast set up of projects for specific need experience.Offer many forms delivery method eg email,sms,QR code ,private and public links etc.Quick ,straightforward and easy document editing .

Overall, my experience with Checkbox has been positive. It’s a powerful tool for building and automating workflows without needing developer support, which saves a lot of time. There are a few areas that could be improved, but it does exactly what it promises and has made processes much smoother for our team.

Pros

Checkbox makes it incredibly easy to build workflows and forms without writing a single line of code. The drag and drop interface is smooth and intuitive, so you can launch tools quickly. Their support team is also super responsive and helpful whenever I am stuck.

Cons

Some of the UI customization options feel pretty limited you can’t always make things look exactly the way you want. It also slows down a bit when handling more complex workflows. The built-in reporting tools could be more advanced too.

I found Checkbox quite enjoyable. It helped me gather the typical information I needed with significantly less hassle and quotation ping-pong. Checkbox feels like a truly user-centered tool. It does have areas that could be improved, but I really value the fact that, in my experience, they have been helpful when responding to my queries. It is something that I would expect to be using for a considerable period.

Pros

I have to admit, Checkbox surprised me in a positive way. I appreciated the fact that getting started didn't require hours of reading like it does with other platforms. From my experience, the layout is easy to navigate, the requisite tools are conveniently located, and I was able to develop a solution in a short amount of time. It just works, you know? Also, the ability to tailor things to your exact specifications is another bonus.

Cons

A couple of the more advanced features were not clear right away. I had to dig deeper to resolve some things. Moreover, when I designed a more intricate form, there was a small delay in response. It was not a huge issue, just something noticeable. I think I’d just appreciate it if the performance remained consistently fast with no regard to the complexity of the task at hand.
