Great tool to follow up on missing invoices and have spend overview across all credit cards. Based on business cash balance instead of personal credit. The mapping and the syncing to QuickBooks are really simple and the UI for coding expenses is great. The ability to use Virtual cards based on individual or vendor is fantastic and extremely convenient. Total no brainer to keep everything accounted for. Most importantly, I don’t dread using it. Pros The app and platform are clean and minimalist. It is so incredibly easy to use. When you’re traveling, that’s critical - you need to focus on doing your job and getting where you’re going, NOT on receipt/spending management. Cons Literally nothing about Ramp is negative. It gives every company a sort of Apple like experience for how they spend and manage spend. Pros The realtime notifications are mission critical to our operations. It has saved us ~8 hours a month and will save even more as we grow our company. Cons I wish they had metal cards, I'd pay a premium for that. I'm sure they'll add those at some point in the future. Auto receipt matching to expenses, easily add/remove cardholders, change address, etc. Support also responds very quickly and has been responsive when we run into any potential issues. Highliy recommends a card like this that is unsecured from personal liability and uses your actual cash balances. The ability as a manager to assign out virtual or physical cards for single or repeat use to employees is especially helpful. I also appreciate the ability to set up rules for tagging the expenses so there's less to fill out each time. And we actually earn cash back as an org on our purchases made with Ramp cards - amazing Cons Orienting to the browser interfaceook a little bit, but once I got used to it it became fast and easy to use. Ramp has given us greater insight into our spending trends, and the direct integration with Quickbooks helps streamline our month end accounting processes. Their customer experience and support team is unparalleled, and they are incredibly quick to respond and provide solutions for any questions that arise. Cons Ramp is a growing platform, so some features aren't fully developed yet.
