Support is great. They are quick to respond and determined to resolve any issue. It's so straightforward to validate expenses, and submit receipts. Also, the UI is extremely intuitive and there is a very small learning curve. I appreciate that it takes less than 1 minute to do an expense report, unlike other incumbents Cons Honestly, I don't see any cons to this product. Also, that attaching a memo and receipt per card holder via online, on the app or through text is simple! It saves a lot of time. Pros I enjoy the ease of use and the emails/text messages that are sent in regards to transactions. Cons I don't like that if you start with a virtual card and then decide that you want a physical card, that you have to get an additional card number. Pros It's super easy to submit my expenses with the vendor suggestions and mileage calculations. The ability to select a specific account for direct deposit makes it fast and easy to receive funds. There's no waiting around to issue a card - it's all done in real-time in our portal, and we can turn them on and off as needed. Pros Literally Ramp has made reconciling our cc usage stupidly simple. Half the time after purchasing something, I've got the receipt uploaded and purchase coded before event getting back to my car. There's no excuse for missing receipts or putting off reconciling expenses any more. Cons Maybe the repetitiveness of email/text reminders, which doesn't happen often b/c it's too easy to handle it immediately. I plan to continue using and including it as a part of our financial resource management. Pros Available payment options with which to pay vendors as well as repay Ramp through the Flex option.
