Overall experience with Parkade is fantastic! Highly recommended to use their services for more complex buildings or buildings who specialize in private access; not only for parking but for storage and other secure areas as well.

Pros

Parkade's customer support team is top tier! They are quick to respond and do so around the clock. Also, they are usually still available in the later hours. The reporting system is also very timely which helps to solve Resident disputes.

Cons

Sometimes regulations/notes aren't equally seen across all the team members so you may have to repeat yourself to newer team members or ones that do not deal with your account as often.

I have a pretty positive outlook on Parkade. The communication can be a little delayed, but messages are conveyed professionally.

Pros

I really enjoy the hands-off experience. Parkade gives me the opportunity to focus on other things. Parking can be hectic at my building.

Cons

The least this I like about Parkade is that they are not on site to take care of issues as they happen.

Parking management will never be perfect. License plate readers are great, but the cost is high and the resident experience is poor. You run into the same issues with double parking and complaints about wrong charges. Parkade found a gap in the market to provide a creative solution that balances high end offerings (including reserved parking) with software that allows for revenue control. I'll continue to bring them to every property I go to - lease up or stabilized!

Pros

The customer support team, both for the property and residents, is without a doubt the best in the game. Their response times are unmatched, and they always solve the problem. They do an excellent job working autonomously and truly keeping issues out of property management's hands.

Cons

All issues I've had since working with Parkade, such as ease of use with parking reservations, have been resolved since I've been a customer.

My overall experience with Parkade was very positive. The system was easy to use, convenient, and reliable, making parking simple and stress-free. I didn’t run into any issues, and everything worked as expected.

Pros

Its very easy to navigate and I love the user interface. Very straight forward and it is a very well thought out application.

Cons

I didn’t have any complaints about Parkade. My experience was smooth, convenient, and hassle-free overall.

GREAT!! It's very user-friendly for management and the residents. Such a great system for taking the work off on-site teams' plates when it comes to parking. Very responsive rep (\[sensitive content hidden\]), I would recommend Parkade to any property management company!

Pros

I like that it takes the work out of the on-site team and manages it for us! I also love the customer support! \[sensitive content hidden\] has been WONDERFUL to work with!

Cons

Not too many concerns with Parkade - I really cant think of a negative. This is my first time using Parkade as a property manager, and I love it!

Overall has been great! All the reps are very attentive to our needs! \[sensitive content hidden\]., specifically, is extremely helpful and is able to assist us so promptly

Pros

I loved the customer support and attention to our specific needs. We are grateful you all implement functions based on our needs! I also love that residents book their own spaces via the app

Cons

It would be great to have a really streamlined and easy tow procedure. Also, I love that tenants can flag cars parked in their spot, but I wish there were more automated prompts once identified, like to either tag or tow the vehicle as the incident occurs. maybe there is a way our courtesy patrol guard can receive notification of parking volations.

Parkade makes things simple and Hassel free. The app really makes things easier for everyone involved. Reserving a spot is easy and the support team is absolutely fantastic and quick to respond with any issues

Pros

Parkade is easy to work with and user friendly. Support always answers quickly and is extremely helpful.

Cons

I'd say the only downside would be the garage door opening button requiring cellular data or Wi-Fi. Sometimes it takes a long time to load and if service is down, I fear not being able to get in or out.

Pros

It is easy to manage and see who is assigned where, and who car belongs and does not belong. The app interface is easy to understand as well.

Cons

I experienced some challenges with residents not being able to log in properly and choose a parking spot. I had to manually assist them as well. Sometimes, when they log in, they cannot select a spot even though there are plenty of parking spaces available.

overall the experience has been great. Would highly recommend. Customer services has been helpful and addressed issues quickly.

Pros

taking a step off of the office staff - makes it easier and allows residents to pick the spot and price that they prefer. linking the app to the garage doors and utilizing that feature is also helpful.

Cons

wish there was more parkade features for cars that are illegally parked. Tough to do without on-site assistance.
