The software is great but their is also a human customer services team who aim to please and it makes all the difference. Pros This software is a great value for money and makes Amazon Vendor Central order processing so much easier. Their customer service is quick and very friendly. The system requires some training but is easy to use. Cons Currently it doesn't automatically link to Quickbooks which would save us alot of time, I know they link to other accounting systems and this would be a major improvement for us. Also, they are always on top of any Amazon changes and implement them adequately. They have helped us to make significant changes in our logistics process resulting in a better receipt process at the Amazon FCs and fewer shortage claims. The basis of reducing Amazon chargebacks is well proven within their systems but even the developments of pick and pack have hugely improved our efficiency thus reducing cost within our Vendor operation. Pros Khoo Commerce is the only thing you need if you are an Amazon vendor, you can do all you need right on Khoo Commerce. Confirm orders, create ASN labels, send ARNs, ASN, print ASN labels, BOLs, send invoices. You can also manage your inventory. Cons I think the only drawback is one that applies to most software which is speed decreases as the files get bigger. Pros The best part about KhooCommerce is how specifically it’s built for Amazon Vendors. It removes all the noise and guesswork you get with generic order management systems. From PO handling to ASN creation to label batching, the platform streamlines every step and has saved us hours each week. Cons There’s a bit of a learning curve at the start, simply because Amazon Vendor workflows are complex. Once you understand the flow, it becomes second nature, but the first week requires some adjustment. It really does everything it says without drama and takes what was a days job down to minutes. Pros The speed and efficiency with which we can process and pack orders now within our business is an absolute game changer. We can process orders quickly and efficiently without hiccup, the way in which we now process and pack our orders is amazing and super compliant with Amazon's compliance too. Cons There isn't really much I dislike about the software, KhooCommerce could look a bit flashier but it really doesn't need to and in the grand scheme of things is cosmetic the nuts and bolts are all incredible.
