solves the biggest problem in recruiting: too much manual work. It cuts down the time spent screening candidates, sending follow‑ups, and keeping track of applications. Everything is organized in one place, and the automation handles the repetitive tasks for you. This means you save time, stay more organized, and can focus on the candidates who actually matter instead of doing admin work.

Pros

has been a smooth and efficient ATS to work with. The automation features save a lot of time, especially with candidate screening and follow‑ups. The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and makes managing applicants much simpler. It’s reliable, fast, and definitely improves the overall hiring workflow. A great tool for anyone looking to streamline their recruitment process.

Cons

The automation takes some time to get used to. I personally feel the more time we spend on it, the faster we understand the tool, which may not be the case with everybody.

Pros

The extension that linked with hiring platform. The integration system must be stronger.

Cons

There some gaps in this that should be improved like customized filters, tags. For pre screening, you should add some questionnaires.

Pros

The best part for me is how easy everything is to use. I didn’t have much experience with hiring before, but I figured this out really fast. The dashboard is clean, candidates are easy to manage, and overall it saves a lot of time sofrware.

Cons

Some features feel a little too basic, especially analytics and reporting. It would also be nice to have more customization options for different hiring workflows.

Overall I'd recommend it to small and medium-sized teams looking for an intuitive, AI-supported ATS that doesn't overcomplicate the process.

Pros

I used through a free trial, so my experience is based on the demo version rather than full day-to-day use, and some features weren't explored in depth. What I did explore however left a very positive impression. The AI-assisted candidate ranking is genuinely useful, it helps cut through volume without requiring a lot of manual sorting. The job description polishing feature is also a nice touch, especially for smaller teams that don't always have a dedicated TA person crafting every post from scratch. The platform is very customizable, and makes tracking the pipelines easy and straightforward. You can shape each role to fit your workflow rather than adapting your process to the tool, which is a real plus. I liked how you can find a tons of helpful articles with FAQs right in the Customer Support portal. And for recruiters specifically, the Chrome extension is a solid addition. Anyone who's spent time sourcing knows how much of the work happens in the browser.

Cons

The interface could use some visual polish. ATSs are feature-heavy by nature, so the UI needs to work harder to feel inviting, like softer colors, cleaner button design, something that makes the experience feel a bit more alive.

I recommend standardizing the "Job type" field to include clear employment categories such as Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Freelance, and Internship. Separating job type from work arrangement (Remote/Hybrid/On-site) would improve filtering, reporting, and candidate clarity.
