Before this, I was managing candidates through emails and random notes, which was confusing. Now everything is organized in one system and much easier to follow.

Pros

It didn’t take long to understand how it works. Posting jobs and tracking candidates is very straightforward, and I can see everything in one place.

Cons

It’s quite basic in some areas. I would like more reporting options and a bit more flexibility in how things are set up, but it still works well for simple use.

Overall, I am a satisfied user of 100Hires as it helps me do my job easier and faster. Lot of manual work have been eliminated too and better system for hiring the right candidate.

Pros

Creating job posts and managing job applications are easily done on 100Hires. The advanced automation flow allowed me to filter candidates.

Cons

Too many tabs and sections on the user interface. Hard to find the feature I am looking for sometimes.

Pros

It is really easy to use and it is very comfortable for both, employees and for empoleers as well, also it has various options.

I would change the colors of the site and I would like it to be a bit more comfortable for mobile use.

Easy to use with a lot of great information available. As a leader in the recruiting industry I found this site to be one of the best.

Pros

User friendly, many beneficial users. I love the messaging feature option that is available. The pipeline and sourcing features are the best!

Cons

I would prefer a more polished, professional look. The colors were mainly white and black. Adding more color or pictures would be better.

Certain features required a little time to get familiar with, and some components could be organized more efficiently since they serve very similar purposes.

I really liked how wide the range of features this app offers is. Literally everything I could think of was already implemented in the application. The Candidate Interview and Tracking features are especially useful, and the User Access Portal makes collaboration much easier for a Small Business team. On top of that, the platform provides great Security, solid Customer Support, and overall excellent Value for Money.

Cons

Some features took a bit of time to fully understand, and a few components feel similar enough that they could probably be grouped together for a more streamlined experience.

100Hires solves the biggest problem in recruiting: too much manual work. It cuts down the time spent screening candidates, sending follow‑ups, and keeping track of applications. Everything is organized in one place, and the automation handles the repetitive tasks for you. This means you save time, stay more organized, and can focus on the candidates who actually matter instead of doing admin work.

Pros

100Hires has been a smooth and efficient ATS to work with. The automation features save a lot of time, especially with candidate screening and follow‑ups. The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and makes managing applicants much simpler. It’s reliable, fast, and definitely improves the overall hiring workflow. A great tool for anyone looking to streamline their recruitment process.

Cons

The automation takes some time to get used to. I personally feel the more time we spend on it, the faster we understand the tool, which may not be the case with everybody.
