This provides us with an easy to use solution to manage our office parking which staff have engaged with and use.

Pros

Easy to set up, use and administer once set up. Staff find releasing and booking spaces straight forward using the app. Tracking fair use and that our parking policies are being followed is simple on the website.

Cons

Nothing negative to really to note as it works well from an administration and usability perspective.

Flex Parking has been a great solution for managing our staff parking. It allows employees to book spaces in advance, which takes the guesswork out of the day. Because the car park is paid, we also get valuable data insights that are really useful for accounts and reporting purposes. The app makes the whole experience effortless — parking truly at your fingertips.

Pros

The mobile app is incredibly convenient — booking a car park space in advance is seamless and puts everything at your fingertips. It's made managing staff parking simple and stress-free

Cons

Honestly, we haven't encountered any issues or shortcomings from the product side. It has delivered everything we need and more.

Flex is easy, helps me save money on parking and I am able to schedule my carparks depending on my week.

Pros

I really enjoy how easy Flex Parking is to use! It is also a great way to ensure parks are being utilized in the company and everyone has a fair go at getting a carpark.

Cons

Sometimes parks do not get released until the last minute and go unused (however I am aware this is not an issue with the app).

Pros

The booking system is cheap and easy to use. The customer support is extremely efficient, and any reported bugs are fixed quickly.

Cons

It would be nice if disabled users were able to be deleted permanently, which I have requested as a feature.

The team at Flex Parking were great to work alongside as we trialed and then rolled out parking management across our Auckland office. Staff have taken to this and we're now seeing better utilisation of our available parks - we look forward to rolling this out across some of other branches in the future!

Pros

Really easy for our staff to use - this has been a massive improvement on our previous methods for managing parking.

Cons

Nothing - the team have been responsive and helpful, and proactive about how things can get better. The only thing is we just want more!

Pros

Onboarding/implementation was straightforward and smooth - took almost no time to get started. App is fit for purpose, user friendly and self explanatory, which was super appreciated during roll out. Does the job that needs to be done well! Support and comms from the Flex team was also quick and friendly.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind, the Flex team's really good at getting feedback and iterating on the app

Pros

Flex parking is such an easy platform to navigate your way around and cost effective. Using this product has allowed all staff, not just management to have a carpark when they come into the office. This means more (happy) staff members in the agency. It's parking gold. If you're not using it, you're a muppet!

I love everything about Flex Parking, especially the price.

I've been able to more fairly share parks that would otherwise be sitting empty

Pros

Flex parking is so quick and easy to set up when compared to other parking solutions I looked at. Some companies were quoting up to a week for configuration - I put Flex Parking together in about 10 minutes

Cons

I would like to have two classes of users for the parks but it's one set of rules for all users. My user scenario is that I have Directors who are entitled to parks every day, but when they aren't there, I'd like to be able to share the parks equitably with the staff. However, if I set up fair usage, it applies to everyone, whereas I'd like it to only apply to the staff

Reasons for choosing Flex Parking

THe free trial was probably the single biggest reason and also that during the free trial I could set my whole carpark up and get people using the app.
