### "Amazing app but even better support"

Great experience, the support is the most important thing for me.

Pros

The support, i was a mess and they help me for hours till i did the integration with instructions they have in the knowledge base but i didnt understand.

Cons

They can have integrations like a wordpress plugin, in that case the use dont need to do all manually

Overall experience has been good. No marketplace for finding affiliates and pricing is a bit high.

Pros

\- Lot of features!! - Reliable and stable app

Cons

\- Onboarding is a bit complex - No marketplace for finding affiliates (Chose Reditus at the end)

### "A good option for creating your SAAS affiliate program"

The whole experience has been so good, and I don't regret to use them. The only reason to look for alternatives is that now we have other needs that their software is not built for, like network features.

Pros

Their support, Virgil, and their team are there always when you need it. They even implemented some features that we asked for, like Bitcoin as option to pay the affiliates. They are really responsive and always ready to help you.

Cons

The lack of mass edit and mass options. Sometimes we needed to approve, decline, or edit some affiliates or conversions and it was not possible, we needed their team to do it for us, and even with the fact that they are responsive, we missed this option to do it from our side.

### "Awesome product, really easy to use, very powerful"

It has been exception. The support has been amazing. Our product is a bit unique in that people are constantly switching plans and purchasing one off items so we needed a way to calculate commissions differently. They were able to get a new reward payout option integrated in a few days which made a big difference. The good news is that they have an API so if they hadn't been able to do that for us then we likely could have figured it out with their API.

Pros

The onboarding was very easy for me as a developer. It took about 2 hours to get everything configured and tested which is good in my opinion. They have lots of payout configuration options and it is very easy for new promoters to signup. We have had a growing collection of promoters signing up and using it and it's been great. No bugs have been found. Also, it integrated great with Stripe which we use.

Cons

It might be hard to get it setup without a developer but most of these tools are like this.

Reason for choosing FirstPromoter

It had great documentation and was a mature platform.

Pros

I love the software but I wanted to write this review for \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] as he spent over 1 week helping me through the live chat set up the integrations with chargebee! Even on the weekends he was helping me out! Absolute 10/10 customer service from this guy!

Cons

Maybe simplifying the integration for chargbee making it easier for somebody who has no experience! I would have quit doing it/cancelled if it wasn't for the patience of \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] Apart from that I love everything else !

I am very happy with this solution, the customer service is also very good.

Pros

I like that it's easy to navigate both for me and the affiliates. The setup was also very easy for our developers.

Cons

I was only able to setup email notifications for one address, but I got told that this should be possible in the near future.

Pros

The feature I loved was your support! I had a HUGE problem that over two days \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] sorted out for me. I am so grateful!

Cons

I had someone else set it up for me and it was incorrect but the software is good.
