Pros I like that it's easy to navigate both for me and the affiliates. The setup was also very easy for our developers. Cons I was only able to setup email notifications for one address, but I got told that this should be possible in the near future. Even on the weekends he was helping me out! Absolute 10/10 customer service from this guy! Cons Maybe simplifying the integration for chargbee making it easier for somebody who has no experience! The only reason to look for alternatives is that now we have other needs that their software is not built for, like network features. Pros Their support, Virgil, and their team are there always when you need it. They even implemented some features that we asked for, like Bitcoin as option to pay the affiliates. They are really responsive and always ready to help you. Cons The lack of mass edit and mass options. Sometimes we needed to approve, decline, or edit some affiliates or conversions and it was not possible, we needed their team to do it for us, and even with the fact that they are responsive, we missed this option to do it from our side. The support has been amazing. Our product is a bit unique in that people are constantly switching plans and purchasing one off items so we needed a way to calculate commissions differently. They were able to get a new reward payout option integrated in a few days which made a big difference. The good news is that they have an API so if they hadn't been able to do that for us then we likely could have figured it out with their API. Pros The onboarding was very easy for me as a developer. It took about 2 hours to get everything configured and tested which is good in my opinion. They have lots of payout configuration options and it is very easy for new promoters to signup. We have had a growing collection of promoters signing up and using it and it's been great. No bugs have been found. Also, it integrated great with Stripe which we use.
