Met name het feit dat ik altijd inzicht heb in de huidige status van uren, projecten, inkoop en verkoop vind ik heel erg prettig.

Pros

Ik vind het ontzettend fijn dat projectadministratie en boekhouding in 1 omgeving zit en dat dat heel natuurlijk samengaat in Gripp. Dat maakt het boekhouden ook begrijpelijker en zelfs leuker. De support is ook prettig en bereikbaar, dat vind ik een grote plus.

Cons

De rapportagetool werkt niet erg intuïtief en toegankelijk, de filters zijn soms lastig in te stellen. Exports (bijvoorbeeld grootboek) maken voor de accountant is lastig.

De interne notities die je apart kan laten meeprinten op een bon is erg handig! Er is vrij simpel zoveel handigs mogelijk

Kan heel eenvoudig maar ook erg gedetailleerd, de uitleg op de site maakt dat je alles kan.

Het is soms even zoeken waar de opties zitten omdat ik alle rechten heb. Grafisch zou het misschien net is krachtiger kunnen.

GRIPP is een uitermate nuttige oplossing die veel zaken bundelt in 1 platform, waarbij je als organisatie essentiële zaken als planning, relatiebeheer, offertes, administratie en hr zaken kan stroomlijnen, waarbij je ook nog eens snel inzicht hebt ik alle facetten qua omzet, uren, etc. De schaalbaarheid is heel erg fijn. Met een schakel omzetten voeg je een nieuwe collega of tijdelijke stagiaire bij of af.

Pros

De planning tool is essentieel, net als de offertes / facturen en het administratieve (ook boekhouding) deel van GRIPP. We werken er iedere dag veelvuldig mee en houden er alles van onze organisatie in bij. Essentieel onderdeel van onze dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

Cons

Zonder enige boekhoudkundige voorkennis is het integreren van die module wel complex. Dat ligt niet aan GRIPP, maar aan de inhoud qua boekhoudkundigheid. Dit zou makkelijker moeten kunnen. De versie voor op mobiele telefoon is helaas ondermaats. Die werkt niet zo fijn als de reguliere versie. Daarop kijken ik enkel voor de planning.

GRIPP was voor ons gevoel op dat moment ook het beste toegespitst op onze tak van business. We zijn een klein, flexibel bureau dat heel organisch groeit. De helpdesk mensen zijn daadwerkelijk echt behulpzaam en alles heeft een fijne follow up. Daarbij is het gebruik heel intuïtief, waardoor het prettig integreerbaar is.

Goede heldere en plug en play applicaties, fijne support afdeling, vragen worden serieus genomen.

Pros

Met alle hardware devices overal en altijd in kunnen loggen op het GRIPP software pakket en met deze applicatie te allen tijden volledig inzicht hebben in je bedrijfsvoering, agenda en projecten.

Cons

Er zijn weinig minpunten, slechts een enkel dingetje dat nog niet vrij aan te passen is voor bijv. in internationale layouts, maar dat is een kleinigheid en goed mee te leven.

Reasons for choosing Gripp

Na een trial-versie, van destijds nog Whiteworks, waren wij binnen een week overtuigd dat deze software het beste bij ons past.

Super!! onze organisatie kan niet meer zonder.

Pros

Offerte & Facturatie module zijn voor ons het belangrijkste, super in gebruik.

Cons

Vind de planning niet "kijk" vriendelijk, moeilijk om dingen te lezen. Wij zetten de planning op 5 dagen, als er meerdere dingen gepland zijn voor meerdere personen valt er een hoop info weg. Heb andere planning software gezien die dat beter visualiseert.

Erg tevreden over service ondersteuning. Je wordt altijd goed en snel geholpen

Alles gaat veel sneller, van offerte tot opdracht or factuur. Alles in 1 pakket heel gemakkelijk om mee te werken

Cons

Het inzien van omzet gaat niet per opdracht maar per opdracht regels, dat vind ik onoverzichtelijk. Administratief niet alle uitdraai mogelijk. Ook bijvood een opdracht lijst kun je niet uitdraaien

De ervaring is goed. Een snelle helpdesk die voorheen op via de desktop applicatie via een button onderaan de pagina snel te bereiken was. Om 1 of andere redenen is deze weggehaald.

Gripp is gebruiksvriendelijk en snel onder de knie te krijgen. Grote knoppen snel thuis

Cons

Het nadeel is dat de bijgeleverde app niet goed functioneert en niet dezelfde gebruiksvriendelijkheid heeft zoals de desktop applicatie wel kent.
