Pros BitPay lets us easily integrate a cryptocurrency payment gateway into our application with minimal setup. Unlike other payment gateways with tight geo-restriction, BitPay lets us use the service with reasonable fees. Cons In my experience, the customer support system is horrible. It took weeks to get the account approved and this is my major gripe with this platform. Switched from [CoinPayments](https://www.capterra.com/p/212707/CoinPayments/) CoinPayments has serious geo-restrictions. I had to contact a partner in a supported country to set up an account in the first place. This became frustrating as time went by. Review Source PP Paul P. If you do decide to jump into crypto with your business, I would start with BitPay. Pros BitPay allows you to accept bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies without the risk of volatility - it automatically converts to your local currency without any fees. It works much better than credit cards. Cons Their customer service tends to be on the slower side - it can take a few days to get an answer. By His grace, I was able to get my stolen money on contacting \[sensitive content hidden\] I hope that this stops and the authorities get more grip on things. Pros  I had a very terrible experience with them so i will not recommend them to anyone. Cons They are not reliable, you will only end up losing your money. Very poor customer support. Not recommended for big businesses. Visa card available only in few countries. My transactions are made easier and consumes less time and effort. It is indeed highly convenient. The overall service is great. Pros If you want hassle-free transactions like payments, then bitpay is the only thing I can recommend based on my personal experiences. Its way cheaper yet services are topnotch. I got to track my orders and earnings with optimum security. Here I can easily access and process payments of my orders, transfer money, and manage my earnings with high transparency and accuracy of service. Cons I am experiencing processing a minor delay one time, its might be because of poor internet connectivity in my end. other than that, everything else seems to work smoothly and I am enjoying its features so far. I love that I get a debit card to use instead of having to always send money over to my bank account. Cons What I dislike about bitpay, It's kind of confusing until you click on things and figure it out. When I first started using it I was really confused and almost gave up. May 6, 2022 1.0 Pros It appeared to be useful until I actually tried to use it. Cons \*they have a 1% transaction fee \*they have no anonymity (they require a photo ID and a facial scan) \*they have zero customer service (no email, no phone number, and no online chat!), except for their ticket system which can take days or a week for a response \*they have an archaic settlement system - if you somehow underpay an invoice by even a penny or by the exchange transaction fee, they will fail the payment, and may take days to refund your crypto! (which is fluctuating by the hour) I went through all of this and lost ~$1500 in crypto because of these issues, so learn from my experience! Review Source AJA Arvin June A.
