My experience was very positive. Although I originally thought about canceling because I only use the IDX feed and not the other extras, \[sensitive content hidden\] helped me slow down, understand my options, and realize that the part I do use is valuable and working well for me. She didn’t pressure me, she just listened and helped me make a clear, informed decision. Thanks to her support, I ended up keeping my account. The software is reliable, the IDX feed works great, and their support—especially \[sensitive content hidden\] —is top-tier!

Pros

The support and communication. Specifically \[sensitive content hidden\] is genuinely amazing. She listened to my concerns, helped me work through my thoughts, and gave me the clarity I needed to make the right decision for my business. I mainly use the IDX feed, which works really well for my site, and \[sensitive content hidden\] helped me understand that it’s completely fine not to use every single feature. Her patience, professionalism, and willingness to walk through everything with me really stood out.

Cons

Some of the additional features—like the backend lead management dashboard—aren’t things I currently need, so the package felt a bit heavier than necessary for my workflow. The pricing can feel high if you’re only using a portion of the tools, but that’s more about my specific needs than the product itself.

Pros

Customer support and follow up while setting up and maintaining our website has been absolutely phenomenal.

Cons

Technical support requests are not necessarily addressed as speedily as we'd prefer, but we have received a resolution to each issue we've encountered - which have been few.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] is a great Client Success Manager. She went above and beyond to help us and even stayed a little after 5 pm. Appreciate the dedication and helping us out.

Cons

I had to wait about 2 weeks to have someone install it on the website and was paying during that time. Wish this could be sooner in he future.

### "Under no circumstances should you get iHomefinder... - 3 year customer"

Mediocre software at best with unbelievably unethical business and pricing practices.

Pros

The software itself isn't horrible. The home search & lead capture seems to work fairly well.

Cons

Where to begin... I was a loyal customer for three years before they continually upped the monthly cost. At one point they tried several times to convince me to upgrade to their higher end tier with the CRM add ons which I very much didn't want. I was assured that I'd be grandfathered in at my current plan & rate before they then forced all users to upgrade with a 50% price increase. After scrambling to find a replacement & working to rebuild parts of my website, I finally requested to cancel. They then charged me an extra month afterwards stating they require a 30 day notice to cancel which is conveniently not visible on the account dashboard where they give cancellation info. Go with any other any other company. The software will be better, the price will be better, the support will be better & I can guarantee the customer experience will be better.

My experience with iHomefinder has been top-notch. They have designed a product that integrates seamlessly with my website, providing the consumer with a great experience. Plus, the backend is highly customizable. As an agent, I have everything in one place, and the customer support is excellent. It is an easy system to use and a great value for the money.

Pros

I love the fact that everything is in one place for me. IHomefinder handles lead management and email marketing, and my daily tasks are available to me each day. No need for any other software or CRM, everything you need is in one place.

Cons

Nothing at all, it is a product that is constantly being updated and improved. They listen to the agents' needs.

Before purchasing iHomefinder, I had a site with a different company where I had to basically learn how to create my own site. I spent more time attempting to learn how to create my site than I did in an average day with my work or clients. It was ridiculous! At my first encounter, the staff at iHomefinder were very helpful & spent time with me attempting to discover what I needed in my site. Then THEY created it... I didn't have to!

Pros

I am able to easily change to another IDX provider & readily add Listing photos. This is important since I am about to move my household to another city where I will have to change these portions out of the site.

Cons

Although I'm not blind to the fact that there will be parts of the software I won't like, I've only been using it for a week, so I haven't found anything that I don't like yet.

### "iHomefinder beats other competition"

Compared to their competition, I feel the layout and overall design and functions far exceed their biggest competitor.

Pros

This integration works well with many Wordpress sites. There are videos that help out how to get setup. Lots of options but most importantly is the layout and the way it integrates with the website without using i-frames. It even has functions that we haven't begun to use. Getting to the dashboard is simple and easy to the broker.

Cons

Customer support is not 24/7 but usually responds within a day or two. Also, the plugin is a little bulky so make sure you run it on a fast web host (which we are not yet).

Excellent.

Pros

Integrated idx and website. Good documentation, incredible support. The few small issues I have had have been handled quickly and completely. Very customizable.

Cons

I'm only writing this review because an annoying pop up gets in my way every time I try and do lead activities in the back end. Love the rest of the software, but this pop up is ridiculous!

Pros

The ability to bring in the MLS listings to the frontend

Cons

The Wordpress integration leaves a bit to be desired. A lot of time and preperation is needed to create pages/listings. Supporting docs are not as useful as they can be.

Hi Ivan - After installing the Optima Express WordPress plugin, the IDX pages are already populated with different IDX features and they're ready to be used - you just need to add the IDX page links to your site navigation. You can also replace your site navigation menu in WordPress with the provided Optima Express menu, which has all the page links included. In addition to the IDX pages, you have the option of adding many different features such as property search maps, listing galleries, MarketBoost Market reports, and registration forms to your own WordPress pages and posts using shortcode. Cons

Was a hard decision to change Web Sites... since I had my other one for over 10 years.

The IDX solution has many features. The support team is very good at responding quickly. If you want to build internal links to your pages, you have to do it manually, and that's okay if you have a small website and are not familiar with the benefits of SEO. If you have a large site, it becomes difficult to link to other pages. There are many plugins on the market that can help with this problem. The iHomefinder people need to implement one of these plugins as a hosted IDX website account option

Pros

If you're self-hosting your website then the Ihomefinder solution is perfect.

Cons

If you're considering the hosted IDX website account option, it's crucial to understand its significant SEO limitations. Internal linking has become one of the most important aspects of SEO. Interlinking pages manually is a pain in the ass! Please provide a plugin option for interlinking.

### "Overseas Support, Poor Customer Support & Billing Without Authorization"

Their salesperson was very communicative until we signed the agreement and were billed their onboarding fee. Since then, we've had to work with someone overseas who doesn't seem to understand what to do. We requested the agent docs multiple times and they were never sent. In the meantime, we were billed for a subscription to the service without ever actually using it. I requested cancellation and a refund, they just charged me again $85 for no access to their software.

Pros

Never even got the chance to use it because support couldn't get it figured out. They claim to have sent the contract to the agent and the broker, but never did. We went with an alternative and had no problems.

Cons

They are continuing to bill us without any access to the software. Their customer support is a kid in the Philippines who doesn't know what is going on. I requested cancellation and am still getting billed. It's now to the point that I have to report them to my financial institution.

Their support sounded promising, but it's a bit of a joke now.

Everything required to access and set up a new account is emailed immediately to the email address associated with the account. We're always willing to resend this information when requested. We're fortunate to have a great support team here in the U.S. who receive very positive feedback in our satisfaction surveys. We also have additional overseas staff who field overflow calls during the busiest periods (much better than voicemail). To clarify our account cancellation and billing policy, account cancellations require a 30 day notice. These terms are stated in the license agreement that must be signed. We have hundreds of very satisfied web developers we work with regularly, and we would love to have another chance to add you to that list and help you serve more real estate clients into the future.

After using it for few days and encounter a lot of issues and ihomefinder unable to resolve I decided to reach out to cancel. I tried to contact them at a few different emails but no one answering me back for week. Time and money waste and have to deal with a horrible company like this. USELESS

Cons

Overall very poor experience, from setup to support. The product doesn't quite work how the sales person describes, and everything has been so difficult it often feels like a waste of money.

Pros

The features are great. It would be hard to find similar features at this price. The marketing tools can be used well, if you can manage to find the time to set them up. Overall, the web pages can look nice, but it takes a lot of work to get them there.

Cons

The customer support. The initial setup comes with one of their set-up team members to create "markets" that you request. They only did half of the requested markets I put in, and then stated that they completed all of them. The generated web pages have had so many issues, it's taken multiple months to get something that just works on my site. Their customer support takes multiple days to respond, and only gives half of an answer. They will usually tell you just to look at the knowledge base, which is poorly organized. Multiple Issues I have had they have not been able to figure out. I am using a Wordpress Divi website, which they recommended to use.

My experience was excellent, firstly they listened to my hopes and concerns. I also felt they genuinely care about their clients. Their customer service is without a doubt, the best I have ever received. I also liked the fact that they are constantly innovating their product. I had a really enjoyable experience working with, \[sensitive content hidden\]. Don't take my word for it, try them for yourself. You will be glad you did.

Pros

Their product is 1st class and their people exceptional at what they do.

Cons

The learning curve on the backend, but already I am starting to feel more comfortable with the help of iHomefinder's support team their learning center.

The software is easy to use. I would not continue to pay for it, monthly, if it was difficult to use.

I haven't figured out yet, to know what I don't like about the software, because every time that I discover that I need something, the customer support, supplies it.

This was a dishonest experience, as I was not treated as a valued customer. I was overcharged for monthly services. Whenever I inquired I either did not receive a response or was given the run-around and told to contact different departments.

Pros

Not much! The services left much to be desired; and I was constantly given the run-around. Lacking in honesty.

Cons

It was not properly explained! I was also over billed monthly for the services
