I had a smooth experience with my verification, setting up payment methods, and time tracking while working. Navigating the tabs for pay cycles and invoices is easy and simple.

Pros

Easy to use, especially the time-tracking and pay-cycle features. It shows the details in a simplistic way. I found setting up the auto payment easy too.

Cons

Sometimes, it shows an update available, which I think is a bug. Also, it sometimes logs me in repeatedly, even though I think I was already logged in.

Esay of use, detailed with the information. Variety of options to withdraw and acces to invoices with the detail of the amount received

Cons

The fee that is charged when withdrawing the money. I think that is the only thing I can say about it.

The App is responsive. I can easily track various details of my contact. The process is transparent.

Cons

The transaction charges can feel high for smaller amounts. I'd love to see more flat-fee options that stay under $5 for all regions

I withdraw money every 15 days and as some days prior the payment i have access to the detail invoice and when i get the payment i can withdraw immediately

Pros

I like the fact is use to easy the app is well organized and easy to understand also the fact its pretty easy to withdraw the money and i love you working together with AstroPay

Honestly i am extremely satisfied with Deel i just would like the fees to decrease a little bit but overall the app is great

When I started using Deel, the first thing that really stood out was its incredible adaptability to my schedule. Bugs, more bugs, that's the main problem I encounter daily, and it really bothers me because it often slows down my concentration

It has been well, however, some issues have happened in the past, would be helpful to have easier ways to reach the customer support department.

Pros

It's a very interactive platform, easy to use and to set up. Contract details are listed everytime and payments arrive with time when Deel team does not pull the payment on pending status.

Cons

Bugs, I've waited for a week for the status of a payment and I can't even look at it as the platform is not working alright.

My experience with Deel has been work-related. I receive my monthly payments through the platform, and it has been very reliable. One feature I really appreciate is the ability to request advances on upcoming payments when cash is tight. Overall, it provides excellent financial control and flexibility.

Pros

What I like most about Deel is how efficient the platform is. It’s very easy to use, intuitive, and truly user-friendly. Everything is well organized, which makes managing payments simple and stress-free.

Cons

You do have to pay fees when withdrawing funds. However, even though this is technically a con, it’s something normal and understandable for the maintenance, improvement, and continuity of the platform.

I occasionally had to click around just to find what I needed. Pricing wasn’t always very clear either, and some costs felt like they showed up late in the process. Support usually helped, but not always as fast as I wanted. It wasn’t terrible, just a bit frustrating.

Cons

I have no complaints. Everything runs smoothly, I get notifications promptly, money is received in an instant, and it's very accessible; you can use your phone or computer.

It's a great experience, the customer service us excellent and I am very happy with the experience so far.

Pros

I like the ease of use of the platform, which I think gives a good value for money. The employee management is transparent since the beginning of use

Cons

I cannot think of anything negative so far. Maybe a higher flexibility to customize the platform in terms of fonts and different personalization options.

I use it pontually on my routine, to get my paychecks to my bank account. In overall, the experience has been great.

Pros

Clean interface, possible to use on mobile and desktop, easy to understand and to learn how to use it.

Cons

I don't like their AI support agent, I prefer softwares that has a dedicate support team. Even if I have to wait in a queue I prefer to talk to a real person

It is the best so far, so many features for so little price, thank you! Felt like some things are rushed but for a good reason, hoping follow ups and improvements for those!

A lot of features, lots of options, crypto withdrawals are great, helped a lot with global team. deel advance sounds cool. core features are easy to use.

Cons

sign processes was hell with employees with different backgrounds, have special characters in their names, specific pay dates are hard to figure out we need to make a prorated payment for everyone. only coinbase withdrawal and high fees on crypto withdrawals are very bad. more usd withdrawal options are needed.

What I appreciated most was how reliable and fast the payments were. My payouts through ModSquad were always processed smoothly and on time, which gave me peace of mind. The platform itself was easy to navigate, and everything related to payments felt well organized and straightforward.

Cons

I didn’t use many of Deel’s features beyond receiving payments, so I didn’t get to fully explore everything the platform offers. Because of that, I can’t speak much to the broader tools, but from a payment perspective, I didn’t run into any issues.
