So far my experience with Deel has been positive. It’s a very good payment platform app and it does its job well, and If they offered more competitive exchange rates, they would undoubtedly be the top choice in the market.

Pros

Deel is a very good payment platform with clear and detailed tracking. I really like how everything is centralized, from payments, invoices, and transaction history are easy to access and monitor, which makes managing payouts stress-free as a freelancer.

Cons

Exchange rates are not very competitive compared to other platforms and additionally sometimes booting the app is a bit slower hopefully they can improve this part :)

It's been positive overall. I haven't had any issues or concerns. Everything runs very smoothly and I can always get what I need.

Pros

Very easy to set up and use. My company made the switch from another platform and it's been an easy change. However, it's been much easier to use compared to the previous platform and has several useful features.

Cons

I can't think of anything I dislike about Deel. I haven't run into any issues that would cause me to reach out to customer support or that would make want to use a different platform.

Overall, my experience with Deel has been smooth and user-friendly. I really appreciate how organized and efficient the platform is. The only challenges I’ve encountered are the relatively high transfer fees and the early deduction of a cash advance, which caught me off guard. Aside from that, everything else has worked well for me.

Pros

What I liked most about Deel is its strong focus on simplifying global hiring and payroll processes. The platform is intuitive, efficient, and eliminates many of the usual challenges companies face when managing international teams. I appreciate how seamless the workflow is and how well-designed the tools are for both employees and employers.

Cons

What I liked least about Deel is the cost associated with some transactions, particularly the transfer fees—they can feel a bit high compared to other platforms. I also noticed that the cash advance was deducted earlier than the expected due date, which caused some inconvenience on my end. That said, I understand that these processes may depend on policies and banking partners, and overall the platform still provides a reliable and convenient service.

If you want to be an independent contractor or freelancer who wants to easily manage payroll but wants to ensure payment methods are received, I highly suggest Deel!

Pros

Easy to use, it follows very good security compliance standards, and is easy to manage clients and contracts.

Cons

Still needs to improve payment methods in a few LATAM Countries like Nicaragua. We get too many deductions with SWIFT methods.

Pros

I enjoy how user friendly it is. I have access to everything including payroll, and allows me to manage my information with ease.

Cons

Initially I did find it was difficult to find the year end payroll / accounting information, but once I looked around, and was able to locate, I found it much easier to navigate.

If you’re freelancing or working remotely across borders, I’d definitely recommend giving Deel a try.

Pros

I’ve been using Deel for a while now and honestly, it’s been a great experience. The platform is super easy to use, payments come through reliably and on time, and their support team is actually helpful (which is rare these days). It also takes care of all the contract and compliance stuff, which saves me a ton of headaches.

Cons

I do wish there were a few more options when it comes to customizing contracts or choosing how to get paid, but that’s a small trade-off for how smooth everything else is.

Great experience for payments. All information is available all the time. Deel Card helps while shopping in Amazon.

Pros

Easy to use. Great UX. I was able to find my accountability informacion in a very detailed way. I needed that for bank.

Cons

I needed information about my contability and I get it in multiple files. It could be great if we could group all the info in a single file.

I especially like that payments often arrive earlier than the scheduled date — for example, if the payout is set for the 12th, I usually receive it 2–3 days in advance.

Deel makes international payments and contracts very easy to manage. The interface is clean and intuitive, contracts are clear, and payments are processed on time. I especially like how everything (invoices, contracts, tax forms) is centralized in one place.

Cons

I have been working as a remote worker for a USA company, they pay me through Deel, and so far, I'm pretty satisfied with their services. They are efficient and charge a very low rate for the premium services they offer. I can use my money right away, without having to access my bank apps; I can do everything through Deel. Also, the app's interface is smooth and easy to navigate. I haven't had any issues with it, but if I were to need it, I know they will be there to support me.

Pros

It's easy to access and use. I'm able to access through my cellphone and through the website. I love that it is cheap to use; I don't have to invest more than a couple of dollars per month to manage my account. So far I haven't needed the customer support, but I know that my colleges had used it and they are very satisfied with the efficiency and the quick response.

Cons

So far, I haven't encountered something I don't like about it. It's easy to use, and I can use my money right away.

I had a normal experience, no inconvenients, I thought it was very easy to use and I have all my contract info at hand all the time.

Pros

How it easily manages all HR related processes, contracts, change of positions, payments, hours, etc. without the need of any papework or involvement from an HR team.

Cons

That I can't use it as a digital wallet without moving my money to another app, maybe in some countries you can do that but for my country is not the most advisable because of the currency exchange.

Pros

It's easy to use, there I have access to my contract or any other legal documentation I signed before. If I have any doubt about my benefits or any other questions about my contract, I just need to contact the support center and they will solve it.

Cons

If you are in a rush, the double step verification won't help much but it's just to keep your account secure.
