Overall, I’m really happy with Deel. I have to say I fell in love with the mobile app — it’s so handy. I definitely plan to keep using Deel for signing contracts with my clients in the future.

Pros

I really like how convenient Deel is overall. It combines all the tools I need to work with my clients in one place. I especially appreciate getting early notifications about upcoming payments — it saves me from having to wait for bank updates (like SWIFT). The ability to track funds is great too. Managing contracts through Deel is another big plus for me — it just makes the whole process much smoother.

Cons

The interface looks nice, but I do feel it can get a bit cluttered at times. For example, it can be tricky to find where to enter the number of days for a payout. Since I only need to check the dashboard once a month, it’s easy to forget where things are. Having some quick shortcuts for these actions would be super helpful — but as far as I know, there aren’t any yet.

It's been great, to be honest, I had a client which always get payment lates due to customers inability to pay, and deel advance always saved me, relying the responsibility and stress over the client, so it was great knowing I could count on them

Pros

Even though it says payments take from 3-5 days, it never takes longer that 1 day (Unless is weekend). It's easy to manage different bank accounts, and contracts are ready to go online so quick. They have some tariffs that may look like they are a lot, but considering delivery time, they are fine most of the time, and have a good conversion rate to other currencies. Payroll is pretty much always on expected times

Cons

It's not directly related to deel, but with all of the middle men, (Deel and banks), even though tariffs are not excessive, they might be a lot, considering deel takes it part, and then the bank takes theirs

All good. I have Deel since September 2025, they guide me throught the process of set my account properly and help me to understand how my finance will work on the app. I most appreciate how easy is to follow up your payments, once support team guides you for the first time.

Is not really about Deel, my client took his time to pay.But Deel is really quick to withdraw my money.

I use Deel regularly to receive payments from a US company as an international contractor and move funds to local banks. Overall it’s reliable, stable, and saves a lot of operational hassle compared to manual international transfers. Once configured, it mostly “just works".

Pros

Very smooth experience for international contractor payments. Withdrawals are predictable, Deel Card works well, and integrations with banks are straightforward. The UI is clean and the contract/invoice flow is simple once set up. Good visibility of balances, fees, and payout status. Great mobile app.

Cons

Documentation sometimes lacks depth for non-US workflows. Fees are not always obvious upfront depending on payout method.

My overall experience with Deel has been amazing so far. I find the Deel card to be very useful whenever I run out of money from my local bank account. Also, there are many rewards to be claimed whenever you are a part of an organization using Deel, which is very nice. All in all, my experience with Deel has been incredible.

Pros

I like the clean and easy-to-use UI. It is very easy and clear to navigate through all of the tabs. I find the finance tab very useful to track all of my expenses, upcoming payments, balance, etc. Also, whenever I had an issue with my account, the customer support was on point, responding very quickly and helping me resolve my problem.

Cons

There is not much I dislike about Deel, but something that I don't particularly like, is that I have to pay a $25 fee every time I want to withdraw money into my local bank account. I am not sure if Deel CAN do something about this but, this is the only con I find about Deel.

My overall experience with Deel has been secure, efficient and a simple joy. I have nothing negative to say because nothing negative has happened since I signed up.

Pros

It's the most efficient platform I've used as a remote employee. Easy to set up and use. Withdrawals are fast and effortless once automated. Assistance is great though I've hardly needed any. I love that I can view my contract and track my income as well. I haven't experienced and glitches or bugs. Its also so secure! Deel really is the best.

Cons

I only wish the app would load faster on my phone. That might just be because my phone is pretty basic. I use a Samsung A06.

I have used Deel as an independent contractor working for a company that had it set up - I didn't find Deel myself. I'm so glad it exists and works so well.

Pros

It was super easy to use. As a contractor, all I had to do was hit a button to start and stop my time; Deel took care of invoicing and calculating rates and everything. There's easy access to my contract and I can schedule auto withdrawals from my Deel account so it flows pretty seamlessly. It seems like a good value for money on my end because all I don't see any extra fees. Deel has also been fairly supportive when I've had issues, which was only during initial setup.

Cons

The app is a little slow on my phone (Moto G 5G 2024). When I mentioned this, Deel was happy to offer support, but my current contract is almost over. Some of the initial setup was a little confusing but I figured it out.

Fas transaction and ease of use. Also, Deel is great because it makes hiring and paying people from different countries simple and stress-free, handling contracts, compliance, and payroll all in one platform, so companies can focus more on growing their business instead of worrying about legal and administrative problems.

Cons

None so far, if I experience some soon, I’ll report it right away. What I like least about Deel is that, so far, I honestly haven’t encountered any major issues. The platform has been smooth and easy to use for me, and everything I’ve needed—from contracts to payments—has worked well without problems. If anything, I’m still getting familiar with some features, but overall I’ve had a positive experience.

Pros

The user interface is incredibly intuitive; you don't need to be an HR expert to navigate it. The best feature is the compliance aspect—Deel generates localized, legally compliant contracts for over 150 countries in minutes. It completely removes the stress of legal risks when hiring abroad. I also love the flexibility it offers our team members regarding withdrawal methods (crypto, bank transfer, Wise, etc.) and the fact that we can pay everyone with a single click.

Cons

There are very few downsides, but if I had to pick one, it would be the exchange rates and FX fees. They are convenient but can sometimes be slightly higher than using a dedicated remittance service. Additionally, customer support is generally helpful, but during the end-of-month payroll rush, their response times can be a little slower than usual.

My experience has been largely positive. It effectively removes the headache of international compliance and "borderless" employment. The platform is intuitive, and it feels secure. It’s a massive upgrade from manually invoicing clients and chasing payments across different time zones; Deel simply centralizes everything into one professional dashboard

Pros

The flexibility of withdrawal methods is a standout feature. Being able to choose between local bank transfers, Revolut, or even Coinbase is incredibly convenient. I also appreciate the automated tax document generation and the "Deel Card" feature, which makes accessing funds much faster than traditional international wire transfers

Cons

The customer support response times can be a bit slow during peak periods, and the verification process (KYC) can sometimes feel redundant if you have to re-upload documents. Also, while the interface is sleek, the exchange rates can occasionally be slightly less competitive than specialized FX platforms

My overall experience with Deel has been very positive. As a backend developer working remotely with clients abroad, Deel has simplified a lot of the administrative and financial processes that used to take a lot of my time and attention. Setting up contracts is straightforward, payments are handled efficiently, and I always feel that everything is managed in a compliant and professional way — which gives me peace of mind.

Pros

What I like most about Deel is how seamless and transparent the entire payment and contract management process is. As a backend developer working with international clients, I used to worry about delays, currency conversions, and compliance issues. Deel takes care of all that automatically — I just focus on my work, and payments arrive on time without any complications. Another thing I really appreciate is the user experience. The dashboard is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. I can quickly access my contracts, payment history, and invoices without having to dig through multiple menus.

Cons

What I liked least about Deel is that, while the platform is very polished, some features could be more flexible for contractors. For example, sometimes the payout processing time can vary depending on the payment method or client setup, and it’s not always clear why a delay happens — I’d appreciate more transparency or real-time updates on that process.
