Honestly, my overall experience with Deel has been overwhelmingly positive, so far so good, not gonna lie! Despite the one drawback of the high transfer fees, the platform delivers excellent value where it matters most: reliability and support. The peace of mind knowing that my contracts and payments are managed in such an organized and secure way is worth a lot. It has made managing my international client work seamless and efficient, and I look forward to continuing to use the service for my future contracts.

Pros

The customer support I've received from Deel has been truly topnotch. Whenever I've had a question about an invoice or a new feature, their team has been highly responsive, often replying within minutes through the chat. They solved my issue with my first payment quickly and professionally. Furthermore, the platform's overall ease of use is fantastic. The interface is intuitive and well-designed, which made the onboarding process incredibly simple. I can quickly generate contracts, manage my documents, and track my payments without having to search through complex menus.

Cons

The primary issue I've encountered is related to the fees associated with receiving my payments. While the service itself is reliable, the transfer fees and processing charges for certain withdrawal methods, such as bank transfers, feel significantly high compared to other platforms I've used. This unfortunately reduces the overall amount of my payout more than I would prefer and forces me to carefully choose my withdrawal method to minimize the financial impact. I truly hope Deel considers offering more competitive or transparent fee structures in the future for global contractors.

Experience was great! I could access all the information I needed to, and website was constructed in an easy-to-understand manner. For details about paychecks would be useful to verify my payment amount with the amount of time worked.

Pros

I liked the UI, felt very modern and inviting. I also liked the layout, as it made it easy to access payments, contract info, and any upcoming tasks I had. Very few bugs/issues encountered on the platform, able to easily transfer money into my bank accounts.

Cons

Having a breakdown of my hours and pay on each paycheck would be helpful, as well as taxes owed (or taxes deducted from paycheck). Instead, I only saw the total payout amount, as well as the contract the payout was based on, with no other details.

It's a great platform for contract management, you can have multiple contracts and see the historical invoices and payments for each. The withdrawals are very fast even same day most of the time. The AI chat is really helpful and the overall support responds quickly and are very diligent when it comes to any issues, they also do WhatsApp support which I find incredible too.

Pros

It's very easy to use. The withdrawal is really easy, no complications and the platform is very user friendly both on desktop and mobile versions.

Cons

I'd say that if there are multiple contracts and you wanted to see only the information regarding that in the home page is not possible. Like it doesn't matter which one you choose you'd still be looking at compensation information of every contract in your personal profile.

En general, responden en poco tiempo y buscan soluciones concretas. La plataforma es intuitiva y fácil de usar. Tanto la navegación como las funciones principales son claras, incluso para quienes no tienen mucha experiencia con este tipo de herramientas. La gestión de contratos es uno de sus puntos fuertes. Todo el proceso es ordenado, transparente y fácil de seguir. Permite manejar pagos, documentos y datos de manera centralizada, lo que simplifica mucho la organización. Ocasionalmente pueden surgir pequeños errores o demoras en algunos procesos, pero suelen resolverse rápidamente. El chat funciona bien y es una forma práctica de resolver dudas sin tener que esperar demasiado.La facilidad para cobrar internacionalmente y la claridad en los procesos. Todo es bastante simple y ordenado.

Pros

The auto-withdrawal feature is hands down the best part of using Deel. Once it’s set up, you don’t even have to think about it—your payments just land in your account like clockwork. It’s super convenient and one less thing to worry about.

Cons

The support could definitely be better. Responses are often slow, and sometimes you get the feeling you're just being sent canned replies. When things go wrong (which doesn’t happen often), it’s frustrating trying to get a real solution quickly.

Speed of payments, payment options and views. I can split my oayments into separate accounts or methods. Deel advance can be a blessing if things get tight. Nice to have even if not used

Cons

Perks arent interesting to me. Im not a traveling backpacking remote worker. I live in an owned home, i dont relocate nor share work location. Large part of your clients likely fall in my category. Home owner perks... more towards that direction. Everyday items maybe?

Great, it's my first experience with this type of self-service, but it's really positive. I didn't expect it to be so convenient.

Pros

Decent interface, intuitive, easy to do, even most of the complicated things. It is also quite modern looking and working well. I like that i have the option to upload custom invoices.

Cons

Work logging could be be better, to make it easier to log different types of work. The form gets very confused when there are overlapping types of work logged. It is possible to achieve expected results, but in a more complex than necessary way. Some things are a bit too much hidden in the interface, but most are fine. I would like to have more ways of summarizing data. I need to generate my own invoices because of legal/tax reasons. It would be great to have the data automatically calculated. I don't understand what's the value of the Deel card.

### "Great first experience receiving international payments. "

All things considered, I had a great experience with Deel, and they made my first experience receiving internal payments very easy. I'd definitely use Deel again in the future given the chance.

Pros

The application was very intuitive and easy to set up, the steps to create an account were simple and the more complex ones had documentation to guide you throughout the process, specially for uploading documents like the W8-Ben in my case. Receiving payments was easy as well, with clear info regarding the amount you were receiving for your contract, the fees that you would be charged and the expected time for the money to arrive to your desired payment method.

Cons

I feel the fees that were being charged were a bit too high. I understand this is a business and that's how they're able to maintain the platform, but charging 10 dollars to send you the money you earned feels a bit too steep.

Pros

Really fast and easy to setup, my manager gave me access and in a short period of time I was able to receive

Cons

The UI at first glance seems kinda complex and hard to understand but once you understand it become better

I have changed from companies and I only have used Husky for receiving payments, but Deel have A LOT more features and the time tracking system is the best.
