### "Terrible Service and Deel's Gross Negligence"

My experience with Deel has been absolutely terrible. From the start, they provided awful service: they consistently failed to meet committed deadlines, had terrible communication, and frequently cancelled meetings at the last minute. This pattern of unprofessionalism and negligence culminated in a disaster with my O-1A visa petition, which was denied on November 24, 2025. The denial was not due to my qualifications, but due to amateur administrative errors by Deel's team. The USCIS denial letter explicitly stated that Deel \*\*forgot to attach critical evidence\*\* to the application. The officer wrote: \*"You did not submit that letter with your RFE response"\* regarding key testimonial and salary documents that were vital for my case. Furthermore, they contradicted themselves regarding the employer structure, leading to an automatic rejection. I strongly warn other founders against trusting Deel with sensitive immigration processes. Their negligence and lack of respect for deadlines have caused significant damage to my company's expansion plans.

Pros

Deel excels at Multi Country Payroll, simplifying global payments for distributed teams efficiently.

Cons

Awful service: they consistently failed to meet committed deadlines, had terrible communication, and frequently cancelled meetings at the last minute.

### "I wish I knew about Deel sooner! "

Take it from a person who has used a lot of different platforms to manage money— Deel is the fastest, simplest, most engaging platform out there to do transactions and receive payment!

Pros

I genuinely feel that Deel is a platform made with the user in mind. The contract made to use this platform feels solid and honest. The the fees charged per transaction are both reasonable and competitive when you compare it to other platforms. I get my money in my bank in less than a day which is incredibly convenient. And of course they are quick to work on any issues that may happen, and you will always get updated responses and notifications to ensure your money and transactions were done by you and only you.

Cons

To be honest, it's a little confusing to find the place where you can talk to an actual person to fix issues instead of getting automated responses from the machine. But really, it's there. It's just a matter of searching a bit deeper.

Excellent, easy to use. I use mostly the app on my cellphone, and it feels both simple and secure. I think this year I am going to try the Deel Card.

Pros

Outstanding tool for payments and contract management. Very intuitive and easy to set and link to my domestic bank account.

Cons

Good things are not cheap, so I don't like the commision/fee charged when transferring the fudns to my domestic bank account, but I understand it is their way for revenue.

My experience with Deel is mostly positive. Do a withdraw is really easy, the app is easy to use and the sections are well divide and is clear and clean.

Pros

Is easy to use, in almost of cases. I have no problem with the withdraw process, is really easy to make a withdraw.

Cons

The Deel Card management is, for me, poor. In a recent update enhanced the Finance tab, but the Deel Card section have some problems like: Don't save my last Deel Card used, instead show me the card in eur.

### "Deel Platform Review"

So far everything has been smooth especially the pay-outs. It has been the best platform we've used so far and I hope we maintain this platform.

Pros

It's very easy to use - time ins, time outs, scheduling paid time offs, checking calendar schedules and and monitoring. One thing i like about is getting payouts ~ it is relatively fast and convenient. Setting up is also very easy. Issues and bugs have also been easily resolved. Customer support has been spot on as well. To include to that, it is very affordable compared to other HR platforms as well. Contracts are well defined and notifications on any changes have been applied. I'm glad we are using Deel as our HR platform.

Cons

Nothing in particular, I just think that the set up hasn't been done properly yet due to the schedule of our boss' secretary since she forsees deel. The PTO set up of our company hasn't been properly fixed up until now.

Overall, Deel is a great platform because it centralizes loads of information in one pleace, allowing users to stay on top of compliance issues and regulations, while streamlining processes through workflows and great UX

Pros

Deel is the ideal tool for payments in different parts of the world, and most importantly, for companies that are 100% remote. We can easily pay our Consultants and Contractors around the world. The UX is very solid, and whenever I have a suggestion, I can send it over to the Design team and I know they will take it into account and it will be helpful for them in terms of improvements and provide better platform support. I also love that I'm completing the Deel certifications and learning more about this world!

Cons

Unfortunately, sometimes, there are a few features or things I may not understand and it would be great to have an 'assitance' button like "?". I wish the integration with Charthop could be more complete, because although it is 'easy' and it implements just fine, it doesnt add much value or sync enough meaningful data.

I had all my salary going to my Deel account, so far everything is going well.My overall experience with Deel has been very positive, primarily because it reduces the 'admin tax' of global hiring. In my experience, what usually takes weeks—like vetting a local contract in Germany or setting up payroll in Brazil—is condensed into a few clicks. I particularly value the automated compliance guardrails; the platform proactively flags missing documents, which prevents legal headaches before they start. While the sheer volume of features can sometimes lead to a slightly cluttered UI, the time saved on manual cross-border coordination makes it a net win for the team."

Pros

Customer service, Fast money sending and Deel Advance. What I "like" most is their ability to make the world feel smaller. They’ve effectively removed the borders for talent, allowing a company in San Francisco to hire someone in Nairobi as easily as if they lived next door.

Cons

None, everything is going well so far. Because Deel scales so quickly, their customer support can sometimes feel the pressure. When you're dealing with complex, country-specific legal questions, the first-tier support chat might take a minute to get you to the right specialist. Overall, Deel has been a great tool for getting paid as a freelancer. It keeps contracts and payments organized, and it’s reassuring to have a clear status for each step instead of guessing. Once everything is set up, it basically runs on autopilot. For international work especially, it’s a very reliable and efficient platform.

Pros

I use Deel as a contractor, and my client (Genius Sports) pays me through it. The best part is how smooth and predictable the whole process is: contracts are easy to review and sign, and payments arrive reliably. Everything is clearly tracked in one place, so I don’t have to chase emails or wonder what’s happening with a payout. Overall it feels stable and professional, and it saves time and stress.

Cons

Minor things: sometimes the interface feels a bit “too corporate” and not everything is intuitive at first — you need a couple of clicks to find the exact section you want. Also, depending on the payout method, fees can be noticeable. Nothing deal-breaking, just areas where the experience could be a bit simpler and more transparent.ments, and support response time varies depending on the request. I really like that they clearly communicate payment cycles and exact payout dates, which makes planning much easier. Deel also feels very secure, as they require identity verification and confirmation every time you log in, so you know your account is well protected. My favorite feature is the option to decide what percentage of my money stays in the app and what goes to my card, which works as a great savings tool.

### "Deel makes working as a contractor so much easier."

Deel is a great platform, especially for contractors working for multiple companies or clients, allowing them to see all of their contract and pay details all in one place. This makes keeping up with everything so much easier.

Pros

Deek has been really convenient for empowering employees to manage their own pay, allowing them to save/allocate funds at their leisure.

Cons

It would be great if it had better integration within each company that a contractor uses, rather than always having to always go within the Deel website.

It's been good. With hiccups along the way. Especially on the tax part, W-9, I had huge help without her, it was gonna be a big headache.

Pros

I like Deel because of the phone support given and how quickly I can see payment turnover is coming and the system mostly are good.

Cons

That I have to find customer # myself, I want to rate her as as well but I don't know where to find it. I won't do chat because it'll be too confusing.

It's a great platform for contract management, you can have multiple contracts and see the historical invoices and payments for each. The withdrawals are very fast even same day most of the time. The AI chat is really helpful and the overall support responds quickly and are very diligent when it comes to any issues, they also do WhatsApp support which I find incredible too.

Pros

It's very easy to use. The withdrawal is really easy, no complications and the platform is very user friendly both on desktop and mobile versions.

Cons

I'd say that if there are multiple contracts and you wanted to see only the information regarding that in the home page is not possible. Like it doesn't matter which one you choose you'd still be looking at compensation information of every contract in your personal profile.
