Very good functionality without complex UI. Covers the basic needs for opportunity follow-up. The best way your team will use a CRM is if it's simple.

It's simple and easy to use. The UI is very straight forward, which makes it easy to use and efficient. Your team won't have to make a masters degree to learn how to use it.

Cons

Don't have support in Spanish. Lack of support for unified inbox (have to get an additional product)

As a small construction business that had struggled with spreadsheets / emails / whatsapp messages etc, Bigin has given our company a single 'point of truth' for our sales / installation teams which has resulted in fewer things falling through the cracks. This in turn leads to a better customer experience overall - exactly what we were looking for.

Pros

Bigin is a really simple, highly intuitive CRM, ideal for small businesses who are looking to roll out an easy to use product that just works. There's a learning curve as you'd expect but it's minimal. Bigin comes with an extensive suite of ready to go pipelines or you can custom build your own - either way, you could be up and running in order an hour.

Cons

I haven't found any downsides yet as we're still only starting out - maybe they'll come in time. I guess being one of the lesser know CRMs, Youtube tutorials aren't as plentiful as you'd hope for but that said, it's not really that difficult to figure out how to do most things.

Pros

After trying to setup hubspot, which i gave up on i decided to try Zoho after seeing a sign for it in Union Station. So far it seems so simple to use and I am loving it.

Cons

There is not much I do not like so far. It seems very easy to work with and I cannot wait to get it going live.

Overall I was able to upload my 107 leads into the CRM within an hour and managed to build some stages quickly. I am yet to fully experience the automation part of the CRM however I am looking forward to it.

Importing leads into the CRM was straightforward with a few hiccups but it also allowed me to manage my leads and deals better.

Cons

Finding the right way to import the leads to the system was not as simple as I expected. A little tweaking of the import file was needed to get things right. It would be better if a failed import would give me specific feedback.
