convin has made more time efficiency- no more sheets but one dashboard for everything, less of human efforts, more of efficiency, ease of quality assurance , great use of AI insight- specially the transcript- which gives what all terminologies used - topic manager is a good tool to segregate the call types

great interface to do audits, and also good features to get the transcripts a swell of a call recording - helps to bridge the gap betwen AI and manual audits as well

Cons

lack of live audits- enabling users to hear live calls and give real time feedbacks, more of accuracy on AI insights to bridge the gap on manual and ai audits

I enjoy how simple it is to make my own scorecards on the basis of my daily conversations and weights to accurately represent the significance of each need in respect to the training task. It's really simple for me to coach with, comprehend, and adapt to. It's fairly manageable and highly configurable. It is quite smoothly integrated with our telephony too. Everyone can gain a clear understanding of their own performance as well as that of the team.

Pros

Convin is useful for 1. compliance 2. script reading as it provides accurate transcript 3. appropriate dispositioning with respect to tags for calls 4. It help in holding agents like me accountable for their KPIs as we can track our account score as a win/loss deal. It's a great product for manual quality assurance scoring

I don't have any issues facing and its easy to use the AI

I like that Convin now has access to 98% of the sales call process. After reading and seeing the script on a regular basis, the tool allows you to quickly learn the method! When trying to hit the process in order, the lead score and how well an agent performs are really helpful. I like the alert feature. Convin is extremely user-friendly and convenient.

Cons

I've only had a few glitches to work out, but nothing that I don't like.

Previously, while reviewing individual team member performance, it was difficult to analyze trends both individually and across multiple teams within the business. Convin has solved this problem with the scorecard function; we are about to add varying weighting to quality checks, section off different areas of the scorecard, and display the results for each segment. The scorecards serve to provide a clearer view of how the team members are performing and where they need to improve.

Pros

It is simple to travel to specific parts in the sales call that will be most advantageous for progress. Complete integration. I don't have to do anything after it's set up. Excellent for documenting meetings with screen-share information and some next steps. I also like seeing who spoke how much of the time on each conversation, especially because my purpose is to be more consultative and allow the customer speak the majority of the time. Integrating it with QMS allows you to easily examine previous calls with clients and prospects.

Cons

No, my positivity is totally inclined towards the benefits that Convin provides.

\- One screen access to the transcript, checklist and observations for the associates.- User-friendly in navigation- The team is very flexible in accommodating requests for custom reports etc- Very adaptive to our business requirement.

Cons

Value add features could be :- Setting a timeframe to raise disputes for audits- Multiple auditors handling the same ticket - No history is stored for review in case of error.- For organizations that uses category based teams for audits, the scores in the overall dashboard could be helpful if we could view it category wise.

Convin allows me to concentrate on the call at hand rather than collecting notes. Convin enables me to build stronger ties with my clientele. Allows new employees to view actual calls and conversations in which they may be involved. It enables a new employee to obtain knowledge and best practices for approaching their task.

Pros

I enjoy that I can readily search Convin for the information I require. I can skip over the things I don't need and get to the information I need quickly! I also like the opportunity to leave comments on other people's video clips. This is fantastic for providing comments and insights into other teammates' talks! I enjoy that I can listen to my teammates' phone calls to see how they approach their task. If they have a different method that works better than mine, I can take notes and improve my customer service.

Cons

The function that shows who is speaking is not always correct.

I felt sure that I could step into the role and succeed after attending coaching sessions and listening to calls provided by Convin. Getting caught up on discovery calls has been made easier in attending more calls. Understanding how I ask questions and navigate a discovery call. Convin keeps my team on track when callers present us with diverse scenarios. They are no longer stumbling over their words. It's also quite beneficial when kids get pop-up boxes with other phrases to utilize instead of their own. It has helped my team from becoming frustrated when they are caught off guard by what a caller may say. This has benefited some of my non-high producers with their cash collections. The data also allowed me to identify areas of opportunity for various users and coach them accordingly. I also recognized that I needed to adjust the language based on what my top producers said in order to help the rest of the team.

Cons

It occasionally confuses words with what the consumer said rather than what I said, however Convin ensures that we as agents end the call on a pleasant note with our customers, hence raising our conversation rates.

I like that it is something that we as a sales team can modify to be more effective on the calls. Sometimes we don't know what to say or ask, so it's great to have some pointers to assist us navigate the conversation. Many times, objectives are offered, and Convin hears it and brings up rebuttals to use against the presented objective. This is useful if we feel we are stumbling. Apart from the features it provides, the support team is top notch and also it is simple to implement with its user friendly interface.

The only way to bridge the gap between sales and marketing is for marketers to gain a comprehensive understanding of what is going on in the sales area. Convin has made this easy for us to get the comprehensive study of calls. I've committed to spending at least one hour every day listening to sales calls. I can easily implement and set out time to "sharpen the saw" and simply try to elevate my game with what I've learned about what the sales staff is facing and what our customers are thinking. All of these insights enable me to design more effective sales process that too with excellent customer support.

Cons

Even after using Convin daily for almost a year, I am unable to figure out any dislikes in the product.

The user-friendly layout and organization of all facts and tips in Convin is commendable. Convin has an option to filter out calls based on sophisticated keyword searches, which I use frequently. I like being able to see what I'm using for talk offs and how often I do what I need to do. I like the AI component and how easy it is to customize the system to match our needs. The Convin's team has been quite helpful, and the platform has exceptional features. Convin is significantly shortening our agent training timeframe and increasing agent success rate.

Cons

Initially, I found it a bit tough to implement but now I am familiar with the features and flow of structure so it works smoothly.
