I enjoy how simple it is to make my own scorecards on the basis of my daily conversations and weights to accurately represent the significance of each need in respect to the training task. It's really simple for me to coach with, comprehend, and adapt to. It's fairly manageable and highly configurable. It is quite smoothly integrated with our telephony too. Everyone can gain a clear understanding of their own performance as well as that of the team.

Pros

Convin is useful for 1. compliance 2. script reading as it provides accurate transcript 3. appropriate dispositioning with respect to tags for calls 4. It help in holding agents like me accountable for their KPIs as we can track our account score as a win/loss deal. It's a great product for manual quality assurance scoring

Cons

I don't have any issues facing and its easy to use the AI

Though it is solving many of our problems like I mentioned before this, we lacked a platform for quality assurance. A useful QA procedure has been implemented with Convin's assistance. Convin can improve in terms of accuracy.

Pros

I get to view my scores as well as team's scores. In addition, I can watch every audit and ask my managers for input on the conversations I had with Get Feedback feature. I'm learning how to make my calls better. I am improving when it comes to customer service. Convin is adaptable and scalable and easy to use, all at the same time. Easy to implement and Before this, we lacked a platform for quality assurance. A useful QA procedure has been implemented with Convin's assistance. Customer Support team is also readily available to solve our queries.

Cons

Customer Intelligence from a point of AI can be improved as rarely it give inaccurate analysis.

It saves time with regards to manual Audits.

Pros

I liked the AI part of this Tools which gives the Holistic idea about the entire call content. It is really conveint to use and implement.

Cons

User interface while Auditing the calls should be bigger than what it is, so that it should be convinent to use. Audit process time Should be minimised as it takes a lot of time to pulish hte report.

coaching provided through convin is great!

Pros

Convin's ability to gather statistics and information from a single scorecard that contains all the necessary information is quite beneficial and can be further implemented easily by any agent to improve. It saves you time searching with Advanced filters and lets you get the solution quickly. Because this application is simple to use and convenient to access, I strongly advise utilizing it. We are now evaluating our call records and outgoing emails with the help of Convin. It gives us dashboard that we can use to get statistics and guidance in real time.

Cons

I always wanted to be notified whenever someone uses my audit template for analysing their calls. Convin is esily integrated and I am able to receive email notifications too. It's all I could ever ask for to analyze my team's calls.

Pros

I enjoy how you can pause and change your remarks or ideas halfway, both as a manager and as a sales rep while easily implementing and using it in daily life as a counselor. I enjoy being able to listen to and review my calls since it helps me prepare and integrate my corrections for any upcoming meetings by giving me insights such as patience, talk ratio, moments that tells you about customer sentiment. I use Convin to ensure that I cover the most crucial talking points/paramters for consumers on future conversations by keeping a watch on AI recommendations in meetings page. It was also useful for noting down objections that I couldn't overcome.

Cons

Sometimes it works slow but overall the functionality is top level and the customer support team ensures that you get through the issues/challenges as soon as possible.

Previously, while reviewing individual team member performance, it was difficult to analyze trends both individually and across multiple teams within the business. Convin has solved this problem with the scorecard function; we are about to add varying weighting to quality checks, section off different areas of the scorecard, and display the results for each segment. The scorecards serve to provide a clearer view of how the team members are performing and where they need to improve.

Pros

It is simple to travel to specific parts in the sales call that will be most advantageous for progress. Complete integration. I don't have to do anything after it's set up. Excellent for documenting meetings with screen-share information and some next steps. I also like seeing who spoke how much of the time on each conversation, especially because my purpose is to be more consultative and allow the customer speak the majority of the time. Integrating it with QMS allows you to easily examine previous calls with clients and prospects.

Cons

No, my positivity is totally inclined towards the benefits that Convin provides.

Pros

The possibility of listening to recorded calls for note-taking and coaching on what to do and how to improve is now easy to implement and integrate. Possibility to listen to other reps' calls to coach yourself on a topic of interest to you on your own time. The tips you receive on each call, a review of the issues discussed, and so on. The capacity to read when you don't comprehend something - speech-to-text is not always precise but is quite useful.

Cons

Speech-to-text in regional languages requires improvement.

Pros

We use SDRs to schedule meetings with Convin. Listening to their initial phone call allows me to prepare for my finding in a manner that conventional notes cannot which is easy to use and integrate. As a salesperson, I must concentrate on engaging with prospects, developing rapport, and listening to their needs. Convin enables me to devote my complete focus to my prospects. I'm always learning new things and new features with complete engagement of convin's customer support team. It's great to be able to listen back to my calls and learn how to enhance my talk track and approach.

Cons

AI driven featues requires some betterment, but there have been significant improvements over time.

Convin is actually helping in getting the quality scores checked on daily basis. Coaching dashboard is helping us improve our quality scores and rectify our mistakes by listening to the call recordings.

Pros

Recorded calls can be a fantastic resource for both those in the meeting and those who are unable to attend! I frequently review calls to ensure that we stay on pace with our aims. Listening back and reviewing significant points, takeaways, and opportunities for improvement with the help of customer support. My frequency of use for Convin is daily. Convin instantly integrates with your QMS, telephony, and calendar making recording conference calls a breeze for agents without making extra efforts.

Cons

There are currently none. It's been a fantastic experience while being a constant user of Convin for over a year.

Pros

The ability to effortlessly review, share, and collect feedback on your customer calls. Convin is an excellent tool for analyzing client calls and serving as a useful coaching tool which is easy for managers to assess and provide targeted feedback to sales teams, and implement. With the earlier recordings, it also assists new account teams in getting up to speed on previous calls and the health of the account. Support team performs very well while maintaining a good connect with us.

Cons

I use Convin daily to get which deals belong to Win-win situation and where I can imply some corrections from my end. From Convin's end, everything is upto the mark.
