I would have welcomed more breakout room participation, but I don't see that as an Airmeet problem. Pros This is a great platform to host an online event meeting or conference. Cons I like the concept of the breakout rooms where products can be featured, or separate discussions can take place; however, not many people tend to participate in the breakout rooms when I have been involved in Airmeet. Reneging on agreements and forcing higher rates is unethical and short-sighted. While they claim high operational costs, breaking prior commitments suggests financial desperation. This breach of trust has completely soured my experience with Airmeet, transforming it from a promising platform to a cautionary tale in poor business practices. Pros Airmeet betrayed early supporters by terminating lifetime deals that funded their growth. Reneging on agreements and forcing higher rates is disgraceful and deceitful. They claim operational costs necessitate this change, but breaking prior agreements suggests financial desperation. Such unethical practices often precede a company's downfall. So, caution to anybody considering this failing platform. Cons Everything about Airmeet and those who run it is disgraceful. It's disappointing to say the least. I also promoted their platform to my followers online, but I won't be doing that anymore and I'll remove all references, links, referrals, etc. They've terminated more than just my lifetime deal. Pros had 1 conference on the software. Some users were able to navigate. Cons I signed up with an old plan, and now they refuse to allow me to change my email associated with the account. The email is no longer active and the URL no longer available. This is their sneaky way of making past users upgrade to new steeper pricing. Be very careful, they want your money and will not hesitate to make it hard for you to move forward without resetting your account so you have to pay updated pricing. we also found we had to have a support team to help people navigate the site. Our attendees, speakers and sponsors have all said good things about Airmeet and want to join us in the future events. Pros Airmeet can create virtual events that are close to real events. It's a real joy to host, speak and attend events created with Airmeet. It feels 100% different than hosting an event on YouTube for example, people really come together in a different way. Cons No webhooks. You are stuck with integrations offered and can't do anything else. They refuse to provide any type of decent support even with basic admin tasks such as changing the email address on your account. With the advent of hybrid events I would recommend the potential users to evaluate further options as Airmeet's current capabilities might not be at par with the demands. Pros We used Airmeet to host some of our webinars intially and later realised it's ease to use which made us more confident in the product's capabilities. Cons While this may not be Airmeet's own (controllable) metric, I suppose the streaming quality at times (for some of the event attendees) tends to drop down a few notches midway through the webinars. Vooral door gebrek aan Nederlands, maar ook door hoe ingewikkeld het programma is voor gasten (en sprekers en hosts). Al met al, het programma heeft zeker potentie en geloof er ook in, maar bovenstaande moeten aangepast worden, voordat ik of meerdere personen in Nederland hier gebruik van gaan maken denk ik. Pros Innoverend programma (tafels, fluid network space), netwerkmogelijkheden zijn groot en de overall 'look' van het programma is geweldig Cons Mis Nederlandse ondersteuning of in ieder geval Nederlandse vertaling van het programma voor gasten. Veel te ingewikkeld om in te loggen, gaat ook meerdere keren fout en gasten moeten 3 keer dezelfde informatie invullen. Via mail, en dan weer op de site en dan weer in de app. Het moet veel simpeler kunnen. Gewoon een link and that's it. Der Support ist FÜRCHTERLICH.Ein ganzes Event mit 1200 Registrierten teilnehmern wurde verzögert, weil AIRMEET ein Maintenance Window um mehr als 2 Stunden überschritten hat. Die Recordings gingen verloren und auch USER Daten waren nicht wiederherstellbar. Pros Die Software reift immer weiter und ist eine Solide Event Lösung. Die Einfache art und Weise des Beitritts ist ausgesprochen angenehm Cons Das Abziehen der Daten ist Fehlerhaft. Telefonnummern und einzelne Felder der Teilnehmer listen können ab und an nicht abgezogen werden.
