### "Easy to file share to the team and extra storage space on devices"

February 18, 2026

5.0

Pros

iCloud is easy to integrate and use across all my devices. When I run out of space on my work phone I can easily go into the cloud and still find the files I'm looking for. I can share files with my team and the learning curve is minimal. Overall a great cloud service that offers support and is affordable.

Cons

I have no cons, using iCloud on all of my devices makes file sharing easy and adds unlimited storage to my devices.

### "Great but timely "

I love apple products it has always been top notch and I never worry about my saved data ever being permanently gone.

Pros

The fact that no matter if my device breaks or gets stolen all my data is safe and I can get access to it online on any device

Cons

The fact that if you lose a phone with your info on it you have to wait up to two weeks to be able to access your information because you can't bypass the two factor authentication without your device

### "Apple tool given for iPhones "

March 10, 2026

3.0

My overall experience has been decent with iCloud. I’m glad it’s there. I just don’t like that you have to pay once you are over your storage limit.

Pros

Either can store pictures and files from your phone on iCloud and it uploads from your phone automatically.

Cons

I feel like it does not provide enough storage and you have to pay for storage, which usually starts out cheap and then you have to get into the higher ranges later on. I also don’t like it will automatically store after you’re out of storage and you may lose pictures.

### "Review for icloud"

November 30, 2025

5.0

If you own iPhone, Mac, or an iPad and you like convenience, having your photos, files, messages, and backups automatically synced and backed up, iCloud is arguably one of the easiest and most “set-and-forget” ways to manage your data. I enjoy using it daily.

Pros

I use iPhone, iPad, Mac (or other Apple hardware), so iCloud works very smoothly. Files, photos, backups, settings, and app data sync automatically across my devices. Data stored in iCloud is encrypted, and with features like two-factor authentication, it offers a reasonable degree of security and protection.

Cons

The free tier is often insufficient for photos, videos, backups, and everyday use. I quickly hit the limit and need to upgrade.

### "A Digital Blessing from Above"

March 10, 2026

5.0

Overall I think iCloud is a very valuable and extremely useful platform and service. It's very intuitive and easy to learn and use from the start.

Pros

Apple's iCloud is an incredible platform and I use it throughout the day every single day. I really love and appreciate that all my data and files are safe, secure, and easily accessible.

Cons

iCloud has very limited storage and regularly really encourages the user to upgrade and purchase more terabytes of storage space. It very much feels necessary since the initial free storage offered fills up fast.

### "Great Tool for Personal and Business!"

February 25, 2026

5.0

iCloud has been a great tool for my personal and business life. I appreciate knowing that it automatically backs up and is accessible anywhere.

Pros

iCloud is where I store my photos and a lot of my documents for my business. After my external hard drive crashed in 2024, a friend suggested I store all my documents on iCloud so that it remains on my computer and automatically backs up. I've been doing that ever since!

Cons

It can be a pain sometimes that it automatically uploads when I am working on a project and need it to remain downloaded. I wish there were an option to "stay downloaded" for the next X amount of hours or something like that.

### "iCloud is a great cloud service"

March 11, 2026

4.0

iCloud is great for managing my iPhone storage, file saving, and backups. It is well integrated into all services in the Apple account, which makes it of high importance.

Pros

I like it the way it is integrated into my iPhone and how easy to access and store files and documents. Uploading and downloading files from it is similar to using the phone's memory drive in terms of speed and efficiency, and maybe ICloud is a better choice to keep things backed up. Having sufficiently available storage for the free subscription is great. And it has no bugs or technical issues since I started using it. In addition to that, the file sharing and sending feature is so useful.

Cons

Overall, it is doing great, but I can not find a workspace connected to it that works with the best efficiency, so, for example, the default Apple apps are useful but not with the best customisations.

### "Good and expensive "

February 12, 2026

3.0

My iverall experince is good with the convenience of automatic, secure, ecosystem-wide syncing but no having the opportunity to have the same space that my phone has , it´s weird

Pros

What I like about iCloud is the automatic backups, photo and video security and the space optimization.

Cons

What I don´t like about iCloud it´s the limited free storage and that is not compatible with no apple systems.

### "Solid Cloud Service That Gets the Job Done"

December 1, 2025

4.0

Overall I think that iCloud is a good product and is very easy to use. If you are looking for a better more secure way to store information without having to physically save it to external drives this exactly what you need.

Pros

I have used apple products my entire life which automoatically signs you up for an icloud account. I feel like it is a very good way to store information and files so that you are always able to retrieve them. I feel like there it’s a very simple application to use with minimal learning curve required. I personally have not had any issues with icloud that required customer support.

Cons

The main issue I have with icloud is that I don’t feel it’s a great value for your money. I personally do not like that you have to pay a monthly fee to store any more that a small percentage of items. The cost for more iCloud storage is very small however paying a small cost for the entirety of your life seems ridiculous to me.

### "Easy To Use, Great For Storage. "

October 27, 2025

4.0

Overall I am very pleased with iCloud. It allows for a large amount of data storage for the information that I want. It makes it also just as easy to upgrade storage to a higher capacity if needed. The functionality is simple and easy to use. That is the big key.

Pros

I like that it easily helps store all of my information that I want saved between photos, passwords, emails, etc. It puts it all in one spot to help manage each account in its individual way.

Cons

Password carryover is hit or miss. Upon switching new cellular phones, its common that not all of the passwords carry over. Additionally, it isn't an email priority for me to use so recovering certain passwords or subscriptions can often be difficult.

### "Apple (iCloud) Devoted!"

September 7, 2025

5.0

I am a huge apple fan, and iCloud is my preferred cloud storage. I love how I only pay $10 a month to be able to use close to unlimited storage for myself. And it makes it easy for me to pull up files on iCloud Drive on my iPad, iphone, or other Apple device.

Pros

Apple is 100% my way to go and iCloud is amazing! I love the iCloud drive that I use for 95% of my file storage. I have everything from my personal things, my work things, and storage as in photos and such. Of course, I also use iCloud as a backup and it has been mostly reliable minus one time I had files lost.

Cons

The only thing that is frustrating I would say is that it’s not 100% trustworthy. There has been moments in my life where files have been lost on a backup or a backup was not completed when it should have been. But mostly it’s been pretty reliable as of late. Especially with my file storage on the iCloud Drive, which I am absolutely dependent on for work and personal things.

### "Necessary for apple users, but not without clunks"

July 9, 2025

4.0

Pros

I can appreciate being able to access my notes, photos, etc. across my apple devices, of which I have many. The introduction of iCloud keychain for passwords has been nothing short of a lifesaver. Automatic backups are also nice.

Cons

Every time I get a new iPhone and back up from iCloud backups, there are a slew of contacts and photos that are long since deleted. I'm not sure if these need to be deleted directly from the cloud, but it's weird to get on a new phone every time and see photos and contacts that are not important to me, and then have to clear them. However, I got my most recent iPhone a year and a half or so ago, so maybe this has been remedied since. The free provided base level of storage is also small. For our family iCloud we've been paying for extra storage for as long as I can remember.

### "Honest iCloud review"

May 28, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with iCloud has been extremely positive and have been using it since I was a young teenager.

Pros

The thing i like the most about iCloud is that it safely stores all photos and videos that are the most endearing to you and even date labels everything.

Cons

There hasn't been much about iCloud during my experience that I can honestly say I have an absolute negative opinion toward but will be open to letting them know if and when I come across something I dislike.
