Users only need brief instructions on how to use the program. The program is self-explanatory. Pros Communication and regular meetings to discuss new features. They also like to take a look at our needs and wishes. Cons We currently have no downsides. If there are any malfunctions or something isn't working, it is resolved quickly and professionally. Pros I like the fact that you can personalize what you can see on your screen as it makes it simplier. Cons There are too many details that are showing up on the screen plus you have to update your settings religiously. The add-on bundles add great functionality for very reasonable prices and are fantastic choices for small to medium businesses looking to grow without breaking the bank. Literally, it took me an just an hour to understand how everything works completely. Also, I was informed that various API integrations are possible. Cons To be honest, I cannot mention and cons right now, the tool is very simple and has the features most small or medium size companies would need.
