“Unable to add airframe total time in service:Tracking aircraft total time in service is tricky, as we can only track maintenance using the tachometer. If the tachometer is replaced or reaches the end of it's number range and resets to zero or another number, this throws the tracking and has to be reset.“

Very positive. I came to the point where Flight instructing without FlightLogger is lowering the quality of my job. Not only that it saves my time, it inspires me to improve it even. I get ideas.

Pros

Flight Instructor can administer student files more quickly. When coming to a new ATO, you can scroll down the wall and be updated with many things. Color reminders for revalidations. Ideas: I told Frederick few weeks ago in LCLK. Why some EASA Examiner, TRI/TRE, IRE/CRE or any other title, wouldn't show time of his availability for skill check across the FlightLogger platform? Database is huge, users don't see each other. Put Metcalf's law in practice somehow. Just an idea.

Cons

Clearer icons. So when you look at the Icon, instantly is known what it represents. More distinct contrast of color in between the tabs and options. Use shades for depth. Reminder Icons to enlarge a bit. Yellow icons are hard to decipher. Student-pilots are users also, find their feedback information too.

Overall very good. It can be a bit of a learning curve for streamlined use, but not at all unaccessible.

Pros

It is an easy to use scheduling/student management system which has the backing of a dedicated team who care about their customers.

Cons

Sometimes it can seem a little complex in certain areas, however I believe this is simply a by product of a continuosly improving system.

Easy to use, aswell easy to navigate and user interface its great, reliability its great never notice down times. Great customer service

Pros

Scheduling and managing flights its a breeze, having a great overview of how many hours are left in each aircraft as flights are done. Multi student feature makes it a lot more easier to book MCC courses and recurrent bookings.

Cons

Tracking of students its sometimes its not as easy with a percentage, sometimes i need to know if they have done a specific activity and i haven't been able to find a specific feature that does that

### "Great Scheduling Product - Not ideal for maintenance"

Pros

The scheduling of flights is very easy. The functions are easy to control and i gives you a great overview over all the flights. Furthermore, the flight debriefs are easy and structured.

Cons

Sadly, flightlogger collects more data than you can see in reports. It would be great if all entered information can be reviews (safety report). Furthermore, the Maintenace tracking is OK. Once a maintenance is due to you can sign it in but you can't make a repetitive interval so it pops ups again in another 100 hours or so.

### "An Evolving Platform That Keeps Exceeding Expectations"

I've been enjoying flightlogger a lot so far. It is far easier than some booking systems that I have used so far. It has a couple of quirks but nothing major and the team is constantly improving it with regular updates. The communication from the flightlogger team is also fantastic, communicating updates with quick and informative videos, possible disruptions to service via messages and email and their customer support is the most helpful I have come across so far

Pros

Flightlogger has a lot of fantastic features. The syllabus builder, although somewhat tedious at times saves so much time in the long run. Scheduling is a breeze among multiple instructors and aircraft. I also really like the kiosk mode feature, something which I have not seen on many other booking systems, which allows us to have dedicated screens showing information without having to use dedicated login details. We use this feature extensively By far the part of flightlogger that I like the most is the customer support. We've reached out on multiple occasions and responses were quick, friendly and helpful each time.

Cons

Flight logger does still have a couple of small quirks, for instance when you want to create a meeting, if you accidently start filling in times and participants first and then switch it over to a meeting, it does not just mean you have to refill the times but it sometimes stops you from creating the booking, meaning you have to close the popup window and reopen it. That being said, we've contacted customer support on multiple occasions for clarity or assistance and we have always had fantastic support. Responses are quick, friendly and have always solved or clarified the situation that we had

The experience with Flight Logger is an extremely positive and I always look forward to the new features being developed. FlightLogger as a product is much more than a scheduling software is a full package for Flight School operations.

Pros

I love how feature rich the software is, and development is ever continuing. FlightLogger is responsive to requests and does their very best to improve and create new features for their clients.

Cons

I really do wish the service had its own dedicated APP for IOS/android, while the Web version allows for offline use I personally find it clunky reconnecting to the network. Too many days of accidentally refreshing the page upon return and losing all comments for the flight.

The amazing after-sales and assistance from the team, they really go the extra mile to attend to your questions and suggestions about the system. They will go far with this system, continually improving it and making it a great product to use.

Pros

Ease of use of the system and to make it your own system, customising parts for the company's use and the add-ons are also a great positive giving option, where other systems do not have such.

Cons

None - There isn't anything really that I didn't like, the team is already busy with updates to the SMS section, which I am really looking forward to, as I'm a Safety Manager.

Our ATO have used FlightLogger for many years and we really appreciate how much the system covers and the continuous improvements & development of the system, using the users feedback.

Pros

The FlightLogger have a great understanding of what flight school's need for their documentation and scheduling. Also, great support.

Cons

It's a bit pricey for a small business, especially with the additional optional modules. I can't come to think of anything else to remark as negative.

It is a central tool and makes tracking training, scheduling and duty time monitoring easy. The team are extremely helpful and the regular webinars/tutorial videos are concise but cover relevant points.

Pros

It is an easy to use and well laid out product. There are always updates and developments underway, with feedback often incorporated into the updates. The response time of the support team is excellent, I am on the other side of the world and I often receive a response within my working day.

Cons

That occasionally there are issues with the duty time counter. When selecting a time and date you have to go through clicking each individual thing with the window closing each time. It would be easier if there was the ability to click the date and time with an apply button or something to that effect.

I have smalls issues where i couldnt upload my profile picture. i send chat to flight logger to raise my issue. withing 10 minutes , flight logger solves my problem. really fast service. no need to wait que.

Pros

Easy to access and I can say it is the most intelligence feature ever made to help pilots and the operator manage the operation such as schedules/ warning will appear if license expired anad so on.

Cons

Need to put special column for chatting or get support so that it will be easy to find it. Maybe in future , there is "live chat" available.

My overall experience with Flightlogger has been extremely positive. All the staff have responded promptly to any issues I have and have been extremely helpful. Even though the initial use of the application has been somewhat confusing, the tutorial videos and readily available support has made the learning process very smooth and ongoing.

Pros

The way the application is laid out is very simple and easy to navigate. The user tutorial videos are simple and direct, enabling anyone to quickly understand the product. The customer service is fantastic, all my questions and requests have been addressed within a 24hr time frame. This provides me with strong confidence that any future issues will be addressed quickly as well.

Cons

The most immediate feature I have not liked about Flight Logger is that the information integrated from Spidertracks is not automatically populated into the maintenance scheduling times for the aircraft activity status. I would also like to have a page showing all aircraft activity as it is registered from Spidertracks as either a table or some other visual representation, so I don't have to go into each aircraft separately in order to see what has been flown that day, regardless of it a booking has been made or not.

Pros

Easy to use. Good graphic design. Good and speedy help from the support team.

Cons

Booking and changing bookings (especially class bookings in the teoretical part of the training) are cumbersome. Changing between different sites are too cumbersome and timeconsumning. More choices needed for customer/student reports to be able to make usable printouts. Not able to book more than one instructor in the class theory bookings.

As you may already know we are in the process of revamping the theory part of FlightLogger to make it work more or less the same way as the 'flying part' of our software. This will surely fix some of issues that you mention. Concerning reporting we would be happy to take a look at any specific reporting wishes that you have, since others may be needing something similar. Be aware that via our raw data reports you should be able to produce almost any kind of report using Excel or other 3rd party systems. Also, our API allows you to retrieve lots of valuable data for reporting. By the way, later this year we plan to launch a lot of new analytics features, so stand by for more to come. We are in general terms happy with the software and the solutions it offers

Pros

It really helps to organize your company activities, to plan your students courses and flying activities, being aware of certificates expiration and maintenance times and cycles.It really helps in your company global situational awareness and student progress.

Cons

The theory clases should be included in the accounting module in order to offer a real integral software solution.We would like to be able to start a briefing lesson at the school using the computer, and continue in the airplane with a software continuity, without loosing all the info you entered from your pc when you access the same lesson from your phone.It might be nice to access the system from your phone with an App instead of a website.

We are currently working on a huge makeover for the theory part of FlightLogger which should eventually ensure that theory classes are managed similarly to flying lessons. This will be rolled out in 2024, we expect. Regarding the functionality of continuing the logging of a lesson on another device, this is not possible today since it would conflict with the ability to log the lesson/flight without an internet connection (which requires details to be logged locally until submitted). Flightlogger is an easy to use no nonsense planning tool. Surely there are some points of improvement but overall It does a more than solid job. This being said, the people at Flightlogger are always open to feedback and suggestions to improve their product.

Pros

The customer support is outstanding. Normally any questions asked are answered in no time. Problems are solved quickly and with ease.

Cons

The fact that it's real time and everybody can see at all times what the planning department is doing can be annoying at times. The lack of a feature that allows you to make a planning in the background an publish it when it's finished can lead to extra questions raised and an increased workload.

The program is easy to use, after a short training period I was able to use most functions needed for effective use of FlightLogger ijn planning of daily flight operations and aircraft fleet management.

Pros

The ease of creating a daily schedule from the training program/syllabus.

Cons

The on-line update. I would like to work on a daily flying schedule and check different options and possibilites on the screen - "offline" or shared with a planning team BEFORE it goes public to the organization.

Overall, Flight logger has all the features a flight school needs. You can see departure and arrival activities, student evaluations, availability (both students and staff), alerts, student and instructor logbooks... Everything you need is at your fingertips.

Pros

The organization of the activities and the fact that, in case of problems or suggestions, the customer service is always available and attentive.

Cons

I honestly don't know what to answer. Regarding my use of it, I haven't found any negative sides.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff at FL who know what they are talking about. Give excellent guidance, have a no-nonsense attitude (one of the reasons why the Danish and Dutch go pretty well together). Implementation went quickly. Very good instruction material. The best thing is that you hardly need this because sofware is intuitive. Last but not least FL has a "support" mailaddress which does an amazing job, reverting typically in a day. That's not a given these days.

Pros

Great interface and easy to use. Both for students, flightinstructors and adminstration.

Cons

Relatively expensive for the modest size of our flightschool. But flightlogger is simply the best tool we have come across.

Pros

I really appreciated the strong support system—once I had a concern, I received a very prompt response. The online booking process was also smooth and efficient, which made the whole experience even better.

Cons

It would be even better if it could interact or integrate with the other application the school is using, to streamline everything in one place.

### "Easy to use"

After a couple of days training, it really is easy to use. The reporting functions are still a work in progress for me.

Pros

Ease of use. After using it a few times, it's not as daunting as first thought. Adding a new profile proved to be a challenge.

Cons

When pulling a raw flight data report, having to scroll through the months individually to go back a couple of years. Not being able to extract additional hours over syllabus hours for students.

Pros

Super customer service, very reactive and incorporating suggestions really quickly if asked for. Very well designed program that is super thought trough and reliable. Couldn't ask for more really.

Cons

Because of the wast amount of clients, sometimes the system comes to its limit regarding personalization.

It is easy to work with it, I have a great amount of information of the student. It is easy to follow the students progress.

Pros

Easy to work with, you have a lot information about the students status, it is easy to follow up each session.

Cons

It takes me a long time to do the documentation of a flight. Especially to fill in the flight datas takes a long time.
