The projects are interesting, the PM are super nice and responsive, the diversity of translation tools is very convenient as well. For a new member, the frequent and detailed information can be overwhelming at times, but it’s still better than no response or feeling left behind or out of sync. Pros The speed, clarity, and reliability stand out, especially with their use of official sources. Cons The heavy emphasis on self-direction—like 'read it yourself'—felt isolating, with little support to ensure understanding at each phase. When I tap on new assignment most time it is already taken, even in 5 minutes it is gone. Emails to notify assignment come like 3 or 4am. It would have been nicer if the workflow had been shared upfront, rather than leaving it to be figured out alone, that way, I could approach it more calmly and more professionally, without confusion or the need to rush, and stay clear on expectations from the start. The review or feedback list was confusing, and I couldn’t tell what action was expected, so I couldn’t really learn from the feedback. Review Source RH Raquel H. It's also very difficult to claim a job. Pros The suggested translations on Lilt Translate are generally of very good quality so once you get the hang of the basic shortcuts it can be pretty fast to do a translation. Cons Searching the TM is not super straight forward. Also, the claiming process is not great (perhaps the volume of work is not enough for the volume of linguists).
