Happy to allow better experience to our users over WhatsApp. Response rates are great. I can also send our product related notifications on whatsapp.

Pros

No integration effort required to use WhatsApp API. WATI takes care of everything and it is really simple to use for someone who does not have technical knowledge. Team collaboration features are great

Cons

Onboarding is not instant. It takes about 5 days to get onboarded, but it still the lowest compared to other WhatsApp Team Inbox solutions.
