It has been great so far, looking forward to more features. Would highly recommend to new businesses.

Pros

It's easy to use, value for money and makes our message sending smooth and trackable. Customisation and how it will look in the receiver's phone make it more better to use.

Cons

There are some bugs & issues, such as when the reminder doesn't go off from the Meta side, so you have to check to be sure. But with constant improvement and fixes, I guess this will get better.

Pros

What I liked most about WATI is how easily it manages WhatsApp conversations in one place. The interface is simple, and it really helps us respond faster to customers and stay organized also very good at sending WhatsApp messages to learners.

Cons

Easy to handle, very good interface, easy to send messages to learners, and easy analysis of the campaign, like how many read, delivered, and failed

WATI has worked really well for handling support at scale using WhatsApp. It reduced response times by more than half, improved the quality of automation for agents, and vastly increased customer satisfaction.

Pros

WATI is a trusted and robust platform for WhatsApp Business automation. Its strength is at the intersection of automation, flexibility and scalability. This enables us to develop next-level WhatsApp flows, templates and customer journeys while also maintaining a personalized experience. It has a good integration with tools like Zapier, CRM systems, and external databases so it’s best suited for more complex business processes.

Cons

Currently, I have not faced any serious cons. Most of the challenges we have had are related to first-time setup and learning, but that is normal for such a powerful and versatile system.

It is good. Support and their tech is just perfect. Very good for whatsapp business. All the systems are perfect UI wise also.

Pros

This product is perfect for Whatsapp Business. It has all the features which are required for broadcast, automation, chat, chatbot and API Integrations.

Cons

Billing ledger can be improved. It does not show when did you pay last and how much amount. That's all.

Overall positive. I would like to have 'easier' ways to keep conversations open as well as more advanced features to 'follow-up' with my engaging clients.

Pros

I like that Wati enables us to aggregate our social media activity into one place. it also allows us to monitor 'different' types of engagement and assign different types of responses accordingly.

Cons

The bugs! Unfortunately, we've had a few this year. Starting with the names of the clients displayed all the way to broken connections to other social media accounts

Pros

Easy to chat with clients quickly and keep conversations organized. Also very easy to tag and notify other employees, share updates, and collaborate smoothly within the same chat.

Cons

The chatbot feature could be improved. Sometimes it feels limited in automation options and not flexible enough for complex workflows, and it can take time to set up properly.

Overall its been amazing, i have tried many other provider none of them were better than wati, they always lacked features.

Pros

Customer support and ease of use. You can easily create a lot of automation and integrate internal tools to send customer specific messages

Cons

Android app is slow, it takes a lot of time to open app from notification bar. You also need to close and open app to get new messages.

Pros

Do not expect too many hand holding customer support. Also, the human customer support are relatively slower compared to others.

It has been a great user experience with WATI. We have deployed the Chat widget on websites and they were game changers for us. As the users which used to visit the webiste and didn't land anywhere now visit the chatbot and once they send any message all there details like contact name and number gets captured which creats a lead in our CRM. Journey creation is very easy and just take few minutes to create.

Pros

WATI is cost effective platform which any organisation can afford. Easy to integrate platform. From whatsapp widget to CTWA ads WATI has everything under 1 platform. We have taken almost 8-9 accounts of WATI and we never faced any severe issue in the platform. Anyone can integrate it with there CRM without the help of the developer.

Cons

In some plans it doesn't have call support feature

It’s helpful in terms of maintains leads and auto nurturing. We have been using it since a couple of years now (after multiple products pivot we finally found this which serves our need)

Little complex initially but over time you get used to it. Need more clarity and how to do sections in better way.

Lack of transparency and unnecessarily complicated cancellation process I used Wati for only one month, and I encountered several critical issues that potential users should be aware of: The credit system is not clearly explained, making it difficult to understand what you are actually paying for. There is no option to cancel directly from the platform. Instead, users are required to send an email, and cancellation must be requested at least two days in advance, which is highly inconvenient. The information on how to cancel is not easily accessible, and this seems designed to make the process more difficult than necessary. This type of commercial practice may be considered unfair under EU consumer protection laws, especially given the lack of transparency and the deliberate friction in the cancellation process. It is, at the very least, surprising that Meta lists Wati as an authorized partner, considering the user experience related to subscription management.

Pros

The system itself works and delivers the expected functionalities. Nothing more. I'm only writing this last sentence to reach the 100-character minimum required by this site.

Without a verified Meta account, the subscription was unusable, yet there was no straightforward way to end it through the dashboard. Overall, the experience felt deliberately obstructive and very disappointing.

Pros

this product was easy to set up. The team’s guidance, insight, and deep experience with Meta made the process seamless, and they were always ready to help resolve any issues that came up, unless you want to cancel then it becomes extremely difficult.

Cons

What I liked least about this product was how difficult it was to cancel my account. The process is confusing and filled with unnecessary friction — support becomes unresponsive once you request cancellation, and the chatbot and documentation use dark patterns that make it hard to find the actual cancellation form.

Pros

Wati is helping us to attend users inquiries in a more agile way. It is easy to use, also easy to implement, and has a competitive price.

Cons

The user experience for finding WhatsApp templates isn't simple enough for the operational user. My sales reps have told me that. For me, the experience is acceptable.

Very good. Cannot think about doing all the manual work myself, this is a great a time saver

Pros

I've been using wati for over a year now and it is a great tool to help me manage easy whatsapp conversations and structure the workflow. The setup is easy and the support is good. We are doing over 100 whatsapp conversations per day so the need for a tool like this was big. Currently implementing Wati in my other company aswell.

Cons

Support might be a bit slow in response, but when you get in touch with them they help you with all the questions that you need help with

The Overall experience of the Wati was really good and helpful for my organization, most of the automation and bulk broadcast were easy and the messages looked authentic resulting in better response. Even we used wati for internal communications & followups.

Pros

Even a non technical person can create automation chatbots using drag and drop options. Automatic assigning of the chats to the agents have really helped me.

Cons

Sometimes the chatbots which were created breaks the flow and then we have to start the flow from starting.

I've been using wati since the past 4 months and I must say that I liked it a lot.

Pros

Easy to use and also lets us connect google sheet and run campaign from it. It also lets us set up a flow which is very helpful to acquire customers

Cons

Chatbot is a little expensive. Otherwise it is very much easy to use. Also, it woukd be better if we could create contact boxes so that all the contacts do not mix up.
