Pros The most important that I like about Clickpost is its people. Right from KAM to Product VP till CEO everyone are approachable easily. The team is always hungry to enhance the functionality of the software to align with the need of the industry and the trends. To do that, they work very closely with the client who is the first mover in adopting that trend. Cons Their standard reports and the dashboard needs to be a little better, functional and customizable at least to a certain extend. Cons Analytics needs fixing.Report formats are not uniform and keep changing. Also, at times the reports are incorrect too.Returns Management doesn't have the option to arrange QC pickups for incorrect products delivered.
