"Easy to use, however better platforms exist "

**Overall:** Used to use and adopt to however lacks important features other softwares provides

**Pros:** It’s easy to use and provides valuable analytics on candidates

**Cons:** You can’t download the candidate list which is frustrating and it is lacking other features

"Gem Review"

**Overall:** Access to data and keeping track of candidate outreach (sequences).

**Pros:** Gem makes it so easy to create projects and build talent pipelines using the Gem extension.

**Cons:** I sometimes have issues with boolean searches not yielding results. A simple refresh usually does the trick

**Switched From:** [Eightfold.ai](https://www.capterra.com/p/221474/Eightfoldai/)

**Reasons for Switching to Gem:** Eightfold wasn't very user friendly and the recruiting team didn't utilize it as a result.
