It has elevated my professional brand, provided consistency and reliability to my brand appearance, and has made the process of email signature onboarding for new staff effortless. Pros The BrandMail team is made up of absolute angels (especially \[sensitive content hidden\] )! The product that they've developed is nothing short of magical and I don't even use all of the features they have available (yet, anyway). It could not have been any easier for me to have my business email signature set up - the BrandMail team was there every step of the way to ensure a smooth integration! My email signature is consistent, on every single email, from every platform, regardless of what application is actually generating the email - it truly is magic! Onboarding new team members is a breeze and retains a consistent brand image for the business. Help is only a few keystrokes away, should I ever need to reach out. It is great that we can update employee details via the platform and we appreciate the customisations the team made for us. Cons It takes some time to set up and refine the designs. Some IT knowledge is also needed if you do not have a dedicated IT department. It’s made it much easier to keep our client communication on track without creating extra work. Instead of sending out bulk emails every time we need to share closing dates or info on upcoming events, we just add a banner. Pros It is easy to implement, and you can change banners as you need to align with what you want to communicate to your clients. It even allows for multiple banners to be active at the same time. Cons At first, the setup procedure may be a little difficult, particularly when syncing banners for numerous users and connecting mailboxes. Vice President of Philanthropy Civic & Social Organization Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Local Nonprofit Steps Up Branding Game" June 1, 2021 5.0 Pros Before BrandMail we had to depend on individual staff to update signatures and any promo banners which I felt like we were asking them them to change/update on a weekly basis. Now with a few simple clicks on the back end signatures are updated, banners added/removed and I don't have to bother our staff to make them. This service has streamlined our email branding and I don't have to worry about who has updated their signature and who hasn't. BrandMail has saved me so much time because everything is automated and all the staff have to do is click the sync button (if I forgot to push a manual update). Their customer service is top notch and I feel like an individual and not just another "client". I am more than a client with BrandMail and BrandQuantum, I feel like myself and our agency are part of their family. BrandMail has allowed me to focus more on fundraising, engaging our community and helping end HIV in our community! Cons So far there isn't anything we don't like about the software. Any issues we have the team at BrandQuantum helps us work through them to get them resolved quickly. Reason for choosing BrandMail We chose BrandMail and BrandQuantum because of their pricing, customer service and responsiveness to my inquiry and questions. Their attention to detail is top notch and I am just blown away by their dedication and passion to helping nonprofits and other companies with their brand. Pros I like how the system is very flexible and includes a designer tool that has almost no limitations, giving you complete creative freedom to create visually interesting email signatures. Best of all, it has a super user-friendly interface with seamless Outlook integration. Cons At the moment, there is nothing I dislike about the software. In the past, I've asked if certain niche design functionalities were possible, and what I appreciated most was that the customer success team came back with a solution on how we could best achieve our niche design requirements. Everyone loves it, even the Exchange Server Administrator! Even from South Africa, there is very support, they are very good about supporting business users in other timezones, even when there is a 12+ hour difference. The brandmail outlook plugin works great. It works great on everything from self hosted/on-premise exchange to Office365. It's very easy to roll out. There are no changes required of your Exchange Server, you only need to install an add-in into Outlook. Cons MFA is terrible. Very annoying. Everyone hates it. Setting up Admin users. May 26, 2022 5.0 The problem we were having before using BrandMail was that campaigns that were being run via email to our customers that were supposed to be benefitting our customers were being missed or overlooked. Because we email customers daily and our signatures are now branded our own, visible and we can add the messages and campaigns with a call to action these important and valuable messages are being seen and benefit our customers. It also solves the problem which is contact details my customers never had as my email signature previously used to only come through once in a thread and customers would have to search through it to get my details such as a phone number whereas now it's always there and is in line with our company's brand which I love. Pros I love that BrandMail allows us to add messaging and campaigns to our signatures where you can't miss the message, these messages used to be missed by our customers sent via email as they were easily over-looked or seen as spam where now we know with the insights, feedback and call to actions that our customers are seeing these messages and are gaining value by what we offer. Long gone are the days when each user had to set their own signature within Outlook, having to edit HTML files and burdening the Helpdesk with instructions. As the signature is dynamic, it attracts attention from the receiver. Cons Initial Sync is extremely long due to the size of the library of files that needs to be downloaded. During the sync the Outlook is unusable, initial sync should be able to be performed in the background. February 28, 2024 5.0 We've been able to standardize our email signatures that confirm to the branding standards in our organization, without having to sit down with all 500 of our employes to make sure they followed all the directions on each of their devices. On top of that, the design of the signature is very well done - we've gotten numerous compliments on it, both internally and from external contacts. Pros The best thing about BrandMail is their people. They've been extremely helpful and patient as we figured out how to roll our branded signatures out to staff in multiple buildings with dozens of titles that needed to be changed. \[sensitive content hidden\], in particular, has been about as friendly and supportive of a representative as I've come across in the 13 years I've been doing my job.
