Manager Hospitality Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "do you like throwing money to a void? try Smartpricing for a couple of months" October 25, 2024 2.0 it was straight bad experience, you are no more that a simple number fixed tro a scam contract that has no sense Pros product works, and that is ok until you need o get in more specific topics Cons The contract is technically ok until it's not, you know like 99% of services online, are contract monthly, so you indeed pay monthly, however Smartpricing has a 13-month contract, and if you don't pay for a month, for example, January, the contract continues charging you for following months march, april, it keeps charging you, meaning YOU keep throwing money every month to them, however you do not get the service, they banned regardless of the payments you are doing monthly, until you pay the whole thing, unbelievably undignified, atrocious, this is greed, this is just the worst you can do to your customer, please be careful of this evil company. It’s a powerful tool for defining a highly detailed pricing strategy. You don’t get the feeling that you’re passively relying on an AI system—instead, you can guide the system by specifying every single aspect of the strategy you want to implement. For example, not just the level of aggressiveness, but also how the system should behave in various scenarios (such as setting last-minute prices, reacting to low or high occupancy, and determining the weight given to external factors versus internal historical data, and so on). And of course, you can also set the base prices and define minimum and maximum limits for each period, giving you full control. Purchasing the additional consulting service was key for us. We used it for a period of time, and the coaching provided by Smartpricing’s experts helped us unlock features and potential we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. E' un software, rispetto ad altri più conosciuti, relativamente giovane e gestito da un team di giovani che lavorano con passione per fornire l'esperienza migliore possibile e oltretutto è perfetto per strutture piccole dove il budget conta tantissimo in quanto rispetto ai suoi competitor è anche più economico. Lo consiglio e lo consiglierei a tutti in quanto ti alleggerisce il lavoro quotidiano gestendo le tue prenotazioni in totale assenza di pericolo di overbooking.
