### "Not Perfect, but Still a Great Software "

Overall, my experience with Entrata has been a positive one. It's easy to use and is user-friendly. Even with the few things that I wish could change, it's been great as a whole.

Pros

Overall the ease of use for Entrata is what I like most. When I first started, it didn't take long for me to get the hang of how Entrata works. The way everything is organized in the system as well is great and very user-friendly. The Entrata Help Center is very helpful, between the articles they have and customer support team they have.

Cons

The part I like the least about Entrata is that when you're uploading documents or pictures, you can usually only upload one at a time. If it's just one or two documents, that's not too bad, but sometimes I'm uploading four or more items, and it slows me down when I'm trying to get my work done. There's also some times that Entrata is extremely slow, and it takes a long time for it to load a new page or load a document you're trying to look at or generate.

Entrata has been great to work with. Our dedicated account rep and having an assigned CSM without having to meet standards of size or spend before getting this has been invaluable.

Pros

Entrata setup is very flexible and allows us to be able to setup and maintain the system for our optimum level. The ability to customize reporting and to move columns and add in calculations makes reporting impactful.

Cons

Because the system is so customizable, have to keep in mind that we need to review all of the individual setups and make tweaks as necessary. Because a setting is one way in another system, does not mean it is the same in Entrata. Ask lots of questions and review all settings thoroughly.

There is more positive than negative. Overall... I like it! - Hines needs to do a roundtable to get our input on improvement.

Pros

I like that it's a all in one platform. I don't have to go to several different platforms to do leasing, CRM, processing. billing/invoices, pricing.

Cons

It's very buggy in some areas. Like email templates don't populate as they should when I am doing renewal reminders... I have to back all the way out of the Renewal tab and then pull up the resident I want to email and THEN email them from their profile, select templated and then the template I wanted will show. So you have to do a lot of back and forth and a lot of "digging" to do a simple task like an email. Also the tect in reports in entrant and so small... even at setting 5.

very easy to navigate and the reports are easy to pull , I love that right when you log into the dashboard you can see everything you need to do .

Pros

How user friendly the dashboard is. From the guest card to the move out, everything is very simplified.

Cons

There is really nothing that I don't like about Entrata. Everything is very simplified and the fact that you can pull up your occupancy right then and there is amazing.

Really all encompassing, reliable property mangement software that has helpful, knowledgable employees

Cons

They try to expand to create every relevant product and thus don't make any singular product excellent (besides core)

The system was easy to use and efficient for property management needs as a property manager for day to day needs

Cons

It allowed duplicate applications Restrictions not able to change dates for renewals or make ready bored dates

Excellent! Great team of people. Implementation was painful but we knew it would be. Some surprises that were not explained right however everything got worked through well. My main contact person \[sensitive content hidden\] is outstanding.

Pros

Ease of use. Also, the people who help us through issues are all first class. Great follow up from everyone.

Cons

Things changed from what we were told. And making changes to forms now is difficult as things we did not know, needs adjustments.

Overall, I prefer Entrata over other platforms I have used over the years(Yardi, RealPage, etc.). The platform is much easier to learn and to use.

Pros

I like the ease of finding reports the best. After working for years with Yardi, this is just so much more user friendly. So many other features take a lot off our plates as managers and I love that.

Cons

I run into an occasional glitch with the system. Mostly I am not a fan of when I complete something on the Dashboard it doesn't clear out right away. Occasionally, I don't see the red notifications when there is a task to be completed.

Overall it’s been a little better than a lot of the apps I’ve worked with. It’s a little more thorough with each job

Pros

I like where you can fill each work order within the app with notes and photos so management can’t say I wasn’t thorough as to what I need to complete the task bc it’s right there in my notes with timestamps

Cons

How it signs you out of a work order more times than not if you close the ticket window out. You have to sign into it again

Pros

I have nothing that I really like about Entrata. I prefer to use Yardi Voyager. It’s too hard to find leads on Entrata.

Cons

The duplicate guest cards even after the prospect applies. Super glitchy with the Foxen Renters Insurance software.

An overall positive experience. I find it to be user friendly and easy to navigate.

Pros

It is easy to use, and makes it so that you only have to use Entrata to accomplish all of your many goals within property management.

Cons

I cannot think of a dislike with Entrata. I have really only had a positive experience.

Overall, I like the system with Entrata, it is user friendly, especially for beginners. Great tutorials, and also self-explanatory so that I was able to click around and learn as I go very easily.

Pros

I like that Entrata is an organized system to keep track of incoming leads, and that we can track all communication with prospects and residents. Entrata has great security measures, so I feel safe using the system without complications.

Cons

I can't seem to figure out how to set up a follow up schedule with prospects. I have not yet tried to reach out to customer service, but I do believe if I did, I would get my answer.

Pros

Easy and fun to use, pretty straight forward. I like how they are always keeping up with technology.

Affordable part could be more user friendly, I find myself having to do my own digging, but it is still easy to use

Overall I am happy with the product. If I need help, our sales rep is always available, and I am able to do my job efficiently.

Pros

I like that we can keep everything in one place. All payments, refunds, reports, etc. It is easy to use, and you can filter down to exactly what you're looking for.

Cons

We use another third-party payment program to pay out checks. Once we transfer the pay file into that program, all payments in Entrata show as reconciled. If a check does not get cashed, and we have to reissue payment, we are not able to void the payment in Entrata. We have to duplicate the invoice, which really muddies up our invoices and confuses issues. We are able to void BillPay payments, so I don't understand why we are not able to void third-party payments. I have asked repeatedly for this and am always met with resistance.

Easy to look up work orders. Very beneficial when it comes to doing move out and other punchlist to turn the unit.

Cons

Too many restrictions when you're using the mobile app. Have to continue to reach out to management to gain access to use certain data

If I were to describe my overall experience using the Entrata interface, it would sound like “the Sky is the limit.”

Pros

The two step authentication processes before entering system. It’s very reliable and holds a high standard of operational performance within the estate arm.

Cons

Features to source out registered residents by preference. For example, it would be extremely strenuous for me to search for a client by vehicle.

Very positive overall, with just some small performance issues. It would be much easier to use if it could handle reports with lots of vacant units a bit better. Also has issues with applying work orders to residents from the dashboard as mentioned above.

Pros

Ease of use, self-explanatory functions, extremely useful overall. Great for communicating with residents and prospects and documenting that communication.

Cons

Lag and slow reports, especially on sites with lots of vacant units. For work orders, have to go into the resident profile as applying it from the dashboard will just not work and automatically bring me to another property.

Pros

I like that there is no more paperwork. Quickly can get information I need. The security features are great.

Cons

At the beginning it was so much to take in I found it very overwhelming. At times I felt brain dead.

It has been a learning curve. I spend most of my days helping people fix errors they are running into with both Entrata and Vendor Access.

Pros

I like the ease of searching. If I need to find a unit, it's easy to search. If I need to find something related to "Fire" it's easy to find.

Cons

The redundancy. I have to now put a note before or after I delete something because my deletion notes no longer transfer. We can't search incomplete Invoices in the system. Anything that happens in the incomplete invoices isn't tracked. I can't see who deleted what, because it is not searchable.

Overall, it’s a wonderful app, especially when it comes to being able to submit work orders. There are just small accessibility issues.

Pros

The app is user friendly if you know how to use technology well, along with being able to close out work orders remotely.

Cons

I am unable to submit videos which i feel is a necessity for plumbing problems. If you’re not tech-saavy, navigating is difficult. Being unable to re-open closed work orders on the app is another issue.

My experience with Entrata has been overall very helpful and positive. There are some parts that could be improved.

Pros

Entrata is easy to navigate and very helpful when it comes to sharing information, completing move-in paperwork, taking applications, etc

Cons

What I like least about Entrata is the drop down menu for example when putting in work orders. If what you are trying to request isn’t there you can’t add it. You have to choose a similar request and type it all out in the comments. Confusing for residents.

Pros

It's very easy to learn and use Entrata software. And every time I call support I get right through and all their techs are knowleable and take the time to walk me through the steps so I understand the process.

Cons

The only con is some of the residents struggle with the application and processing payments.
