Cons It took us sometime to learn the EHR, but their customer service is excellent and really helped us and were available. So no issues over there. Cons It may seem that they are charging you for every small thing such as SMS, or dictation, or their pay as you use features, however, I found that it’s actually cost effective since their pricing is very nominal compared to other software and everything is in one place.
