I would highly recommend DocVilla EHR to any medical practice looking for all in one comprehensive EMR software. It’s cloud based so you can open it even from your iPad while you are traveling.

Pros

Easy to use, comprehensive all in one EHR. Excellent customer service. Has got EMR, Patient portal, billing, eRx, practice management and everything in one place.

Cons

It took us sometime to learn the EHR, but their customer service is excellent and really helped us and were available. So no issues over there.

I would highly recommend DocVilla to any practice looking for all in one EHR and Medical Practice Management system. Their price point is cheaper than other EHRs in the market.

Pros

DocVilla EHR is all in one EHR EMR software and offers value for money. The customer service is excellent. It has labs, eRx, patient portal, notes, consent forms, Direct Primary Care, billing, etc. in one place.

Cons

It may seem that they are charging you for every small thing such as SMS, or dictation, or their pay as you use features, however, I found that it’s actually cost effective since their pricing is very nominal compared to other software and everything is in one place.

It’s outstanding experience. The customer service is excellent. I would definitely recommend DocVilla to any medical practice.

Pros

It’s cloud based EHR that we use for our mental health practice. They do billing for us as well. DocVilla has got eRx and is also connected with the labs. They have patient portal and the consent forms. Customer service is phenomenal and is available during weekends as well.

Cons

There is nothing to dislike. DocVilla is a very well designed cloud based EHR and works for all our practice needs.

The customer service is very knowledgeable and responsive. We have an urgent care that works with both insurance as well cash pay practices. DocVilla is an excellent EHR for our urgent care practice and I would highly recommend it.

Pros

DocVilla is all in one EHR with a lot of flexibility to customize and modify as per your practice needs. It has custom patient portal, ability to connect with our external billing company, etc.

Cons

Customization and external integrations can sometimes get expensive, but still it’s reasonable as other EHRs do not even offer those capabilities.

I would highly recommend DocVilla to any medical practice. We have a multi-specialty multi-provider mental health and medical practice for which we use DocVilla.

Pros

Simple to use. All the features are there. Excellent customer service. DocVilla is definitely the best cloud based EHR software that we have seen and vetted so far.

Cons

Nothing. It took us some time to learn the system. But it’s very powerful platform with a lot of features built in one single software.

Honestly, I think DocVilla is a good platform for clinics and hospitals. As it makes patient communication and management easier with use of modern features. DocVilla makes virtual care secure, safe and effortless.

Pros

It is first-timer friendly (very easy to understand). Best thing about DocVilla is that it is all in one platform (includes EHR, billing, scheduling, patient portal, and eRx). As a student nurse i prioritize patient security and this platform takes security very seriously which i love. Patient charting, notes and records are very easy to make and understand. It has good modern features (cloud-based, e-prescription, reminders, telemedicine) that's why good value for money.

Cons

There is limitation when comes to template customization. It is cloud-based which means you need a really good, stable and secure internet connection. It is little bit slow when switching multiple tabs, pages and sections.
