Teamleader Non-Profit Organization Management Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Brilliant and easy" April 27, 2026 5.0 Overall the programme behaved perfectly, and we only experienced issues with people who had reported a wrong email. The program itself had 0 faults. Pros Very user friendly, both for voters and administrators. We recieved a lot of compliments from our voters, and from other admins for the usability and ease of program setup. I reckon it is a good value for money, and the ability to make it fit the right amount of people is brilliant. Cons When we had a vote for several candidates, the collective % was at the end. You could move this further to the left, since that feels more important. At least it was for us :D The short amount of time to create polls and surveys is a bit tight if it is the first time you are working with NemoVote. In the future i reckon it is perfect, but for the first time, we would have liked not to have to purchase further days, just to test the program internally. We did also use the demo. I am glad you especially mention the easiness and usability because that's what we focus on when we develop NemoVote. Most users use NemoVote only once a year, and in the meantime, you simply forget how to use it so it has to be the easiest possible. I think most users like the collective percent at the end, because the end is something you can focus on without searching for it. However I am not certain about that and It makes sense that you wouldn't always look at the end, so we'll need more feedback before we decide whether we should change it. :) I am looking into a way to increase the time before the event for all first customers. Cons Honestly, I can not remember that I have things I did not like about the experience, nemovote is our first choice for the elections during the NGA either nationally or internationally and that says alot. I definitely recommand this tool, as it is not expensive and it is easy to use. I have always managed to customize the options to respond to the needs of my organization. It was essential for us to use secret ballot, which is possible with Nemovote. I do appreciate also the possibility to identify which voter has connected to the platform or not, which allows for kind recalls to avoid abstention. Pros Nemovote is a simple solution for creating an election voting. No need for in person intervention from the nemovote team. The price is reasonable compared to other election voting solutions. The voters had in general no difficulty to learn how to use Nemovote. Cons The access to the voting platform via a link received by email with a limited time to connect was somehow confusing. You have to organize yourself in advance. The tables and graphs generated for the results are sometimes not straightforward to understand and present. Because we use weighted voting, before using it we had to have tellers count who was voting for what and do the sums to work out how many weighted votes had been cast. The time saved at meetings by using the electronic system is definitely worth the cost of using the system. Pros Once set up, the system is easy to use, and even with a group of representatives who speak different languages I had no difficulty in getting everyone to understand how to log in and vote. The system managed weighted voting easily. It's also possible, for a limited period, to download the vote results, including (if it's an open vote) who voted for what. It's also possible to hold a secret vote - for example for elections. Cons Access to the system before and after the event is very time-limited and it's necessary to pay extra to extend the time. My only concern was that Nemovote is based in Germany and I'm in the USA, but I decided to give it a try, and it didn't disappoint. Instead, I found a great solution for our elections. I've been using Nemovote for about four years, five times a year. I definitely recommend it. You don't have to buy complicated voting equipment. Just rent Nemovote for a single election or with an annual plan, create an administrator account, enter the voter data and the voting information, email the information to each voter, and that's it! Election day will be a complete success. Easy to use, very low price, safe, excellent Customer Service, always doing new updates thar makes easy to mananage the online software. thanks a lot Nemovote you saved me alot of time and money :-). The set-up of votes is easy, as you can add the voters using the Excel file. Adding voters to voter lists goes very quickly as you can type in a few letters and immediately click on enter. The icons used to open, edit, and close a vote work very intuitively for the user. If there is any issue throughout the process, the people of NemoVote are very helpful and quick to respond. Pros The administrator function allows for a clear overview of all votings, which is very convenient when organizing a large amount of votes. Voters also do not need to worry about anonimity or secure voting, as this is covered by NemoVote. Cons When there's a large amount of votes, it is not always convenient to use the roll call feature, as you have to click the arrow many times to get to the vote you're looking for. It was really easy to use it as an admin and to explain to all users how to vote, as well as to send them the credentials. It's also great to know which users are online to check more easily if there's any problem. The best thing for us was the results section: it shows the number of votes and percentage, which is crucial when having a general assembly of elections. During the conference call, everybody had it open either in the browser or on the mobile phone and one vote didn‘t last longer then 1-2min with 20+ participants. Pros It is very easy to set up. Everything for the normal Voters is straight forward and intuitive. Creating the votes and voterslist is very easy and has many different options (automatically closing vote, show/hide results to the non-Admins, see who hasn‘t voted yet and who isn‘t logged in for example). It's a simple, easy to use voting tool with a wide range of features, allowing you to tailor the tool to your needs. In our case, one ability of NemoVote in specific stood out: We could set up a hybrid election of Live Voting and Email Voting, allowing even members who could not attend to cast their vote, whilst allowing everybody in attendance to do so live as we worked through the agenda. I also want to highlight the excellent support - even on short notice. Cons It would be nice to be able to download the results of all votes in one single package instead of having to manually download each vote individually.
