Was very promising early on, but updates to improve workflow came very slow. Pros Easy and clear workflow. Looks good on the surface. Moderately functional. Cons Following purchase by Chewy, updates were no longer to improve the software. Instead they were to push users to use Chewy. The medical portions (i.e. SOAP notes) were created by an MBA engineer with little to no medical knowledge. It was very clear that it wasn't created by someone with medical knowledge as many of the exam sightings and diagnoses were incorrect. Switched from [DaySmart Vet](https://www.capterra.com/p/133166/DaySmart-Vet/) Vetter was purchased by a large corporation and support was no longer as good at providing service. Alternatives considered [ezyVet](https://www.capterra.com/p/99977/ezyVet-Cloud-Vet-Software/) Reasons for choosing Rhapsody Price and I knew the people that created it.
