### "Can't live without Klara"

Pros

I started as a beta user when it first came out. I saw that within 6m, my medical life would be miserable without Klara. It makes it easy to be HIPAA-compliant, and patients love it. I manage complex patients around the world and I couldn't do it without Klara. They were ahead of the curve with Telemedicine integrated in the program when COVID hit, and I was able to maintain my patients while we were in lock-down. When I changed to a VOIP phone system, I was able to get numbers to which voice messages where transferred. These messages would then be transcribed and placed in the patients' box when they called with their cell. This is tremendously valuable feature. You will be happy with Klara and never look back.

Cons

I like everything about Klara and wouldn't give it up.

Over all Klara is a an amazing program and I would recommend this program to anyone who is scheduling patients on a daily basis.

Pros

What I like most about Klara is how I am able to send out appointment reminders to the patients in a timely manner and they are able to tell me what their needs are.

Cons

The cons of using Klara are when entering the patients in cobilty they dont transfer over all of the correct information sometimes.

Our patients and their family members / guardians appreciated having Klara available, we were able to provide 24/7 communication that was accessible to most of our patients, even those who have disabilities or limitations. The review service helped us showcase the quality of care and service we provide.

Pros

Klara keeps our patients and staff connected and helps our organization operate at its best. Patients can schedule or check appointments and complete intake forms from their mobile devices. Messaging and telehealth are simple enough that almost any patient can use them. A link is sent through text message and no login or extra steps are required. All messages are HIPAA compliant and private. Klara sends appointment and follow up reminders, instructions or directions can be added to the reminders. If a patient misses an appiontment Klara sends a text message that helps them reschedule.

Cons

More flexibility would make Klara better. Home Health Care Organizations operate differently than a typical medical practice and some services that we need aren't provided by Klara. I received a lot of complaints about not having a messaging service for the staff, It's only for patient to staff communication. The value for money is not good.

### "Loyal Klara User From Day One!"

I was invited to begin using Klara when they were just a little baby startup and I was a beta user. I've stayed with them over the last 10+ years and they keep getting better.

Pros

Cool design, reliable technology, mobile app for iPhone, integrates with DESKTOP (browser) version. Desktop usability is VERY IMPORTANT!

Cons

The video conferencing doesn't support multiple service recipients (clients) at the same, such as for group sessions. I am a psychologist who works with groups and would use this feature a great deal. Also, it would be preferred if we had the option to replace the term "Patient" with "Client" or "Customer." It's restrictive only having the term "Patient." Many practices do not use this word any longer. It's not always standard anymore.

Great! It has made as a more efficient practice. Our patient's use it often so we know that they like it as well!

Pros

It's easy to add patients to the system, easy to use. We love that there is no login for our patients.

Cons

We haven't had quick responses from costumer service. There have been a few glitches as well that weren't followed up on thoroughly. When we uploaded our patient list to Klara, it uploaded everything backwards (first names were entered in as last names). This has made it so we have to switch them all manually.

Our experience has been good so far. Our issues stem from having used it a while and finding things could be better based on our direct experience.

Pros

I really appreciate the accessibility this allows our office and patients to communicate.

Cons

The way the messages are labeled or assigned needs to improve. My suggestion is to bump up the screening of the type of msgs. Improvement is needed in picking up certain filtered words to help categorize the msgs.

Reason for choosing Klara

We didn't want to complicate things in the beginning. Now, we are looking for new features self-check in, payment processing for copays and other features that we are currently doing manually.

I would recommend it; it has helped me communicate with patients more easily; it's getting pricey though

Pros

Klara is easy to use, mostly easy for patients to use, and fairly accessible across platforms

Cons

Although I appreciate how easy it is for my patients to use it, the fact that parents of patients can create their own profiles and there is \*no way\* to delete duplicate profiles sometimes means a major headache in making sure people log-in to the appropriate profile for messages and telepsych visits

Pros

What I like most about the Klara app is the simplicity of getting around the app. It’s very easy to use and you can speak with your provider with ease, as well as send and receive documents/forms. Very convenient app.

Cons

There is nothing that I like least about this software.
