It allows for more flexibility in terms of responding. Cons Not having a search feature or view last closed option. Makes it difficult to go back when needed and find the patient you're looking for. Pros That I can see pt's next scheduled appt. February 10, 2025 5.0 Pros Great app to text back and forth to doctors that otherwise have no idea how to answer a phone or get back to you promptly. This app goes straight to the admin assistant that gets back with an answer very quickly. Usually within a couple minutes. That's the staff at the center for Advanced Orthopedics in Catonsville Maryland. I'm sure they aren't that quick everywhere. But the app works awesome Cons pp has the option to keep you signed in for 30 days, but I have to enter codes every single time. It's extremely annoying. The upload picture feature is also horrible because it doesn't work! Links don't work either. Pros It's very easy to use. With the klara assist, it will reassign a message to the last person who was responding to a patient, so messages don't get missed. Cons I can't think of anything.
