It like it a lot compare to when I had to listen to my messages.

Pros

That I can see my messages right away and not have to listen to the messages. So I can take care of the message quickly I also like that I can copy and paste the message and put it in there charts.

Cons

there was nothing I do not like about it.

So far, it has been an overall great experience.

Pros

As a Patient Coordinator, Klara makes it easy to assist patients in scheduling or rescheduling appointments, shortening check-ins by obtaining insurance cards and IDs ahead of time, and informing patients of schedule changes by sending out broadcasts.

Cons

right now, I don't have any gripes with it.

Ease of communication with the patient. Making it simpler and easy to talk to them.

Cons

Inability to opt-in patients into Klara who are unable to opt-in themselves.

Pros

I LIKE THAT IT EASY TO GET PATIENT INFO AND SEND MESSAGES TO PARENT.

Overall, our experience with Klara has been positive. Our implementation specialist, \[sensitive content hidden\] was INCREDIBLE, which made the process even more enjoyable. There has been a learning curve and the platform on which we went live is very different than the platform we started with, but overall we are pleased.

Pros

I love the convenience of Klara - both to communicate with 1 specific patient or a larger group.

Cons

I don't like that Klara is a seperate platform. The forms process between ModMed and Klara is also not as robust as it should be which results in duplicative work for the patients. I do also wish there was more functionality around the broadcast feature - today it is all or nothing. The ability to pick and choose which patients you want to contact from a day's schedule would be appreciated.

It makes communicating with patients very easy and makes workflow with scheduling a lot more clear.

Pros

Klara is very efficient and resourceful. From helping to schedule patients, to answering any questions they might have.

Cons

Klara could be a bit better if notifications were a bit more noticeable, I tend to have to go directly to notifications instead of having an alert as soon as open the app.

I enjoy using Klara especially since patient can't always answer the phone but they can still get the message and it's secure

Pros

The ease of use and the ability to easily convey any messages to the patient.

Cons

Some of the older patients use the same phone number so then you can't have them both under the same number
