I find it extremely helpful being able to see if patient's have read your messages and that you can assign a "response" to you so you don't have to leave the message in your inbox waiting for a response. Pros That you can see if the patients have read your messages. Cons I honestly love it. There isn't anything I don't like about it. KG Kathia G. referral coordinaton Medical Practice Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Klara very nice app , could change a couple things " February 21, 2025 4.0 So far very easy to use, there have been glitches here and there, but so far very good only major thing would be the language stuff, i wish there were a way to translate messages, back and forth, like a translator for both patients and office so we could all communicate ( there would be no barrier) Pros Being able to communicate with a patient by text Cons I wish it had more languages to offer, not just English and Spanish; if it is set to Spanish, all messages should be sent in Spanish, not just some. There are some pros and cons but that is with any system. Pros The ease of send and receiving messages. Cons Setting up templates is not easy.
