Klara does a lot for us as far as communication, providing a way to receive pics and info from patients when a visit is not possible or necessary.

Pros

I appreciate the convenience of having the option to text or call, sending/receiving forms and pics.

Cons

The complexity of merging charts is sometimes a challenge especially when you are new to klara. Sometimes it is difficult to link patients and they sometimes don't show up in searches. That could be an internal office issue though.

Good, it’s a great tool. With some small tweaks it could be great.

Pros

I like that it predicts the patient based on their name before I hit enter, also good video/audio quality generally. I like that I can drag and drop things into a message. I like being able to send multiple invites and see them on my home page to see who’s joined or not.

Cons

I wish I could navigate to another patients profile while in another patient. Having to back all the way out before I can find someone new is cumbersome. Also I wish it would save my audio preferences instead of me having to select my AirPods every single time I start a new call. I would also like to preview an attachment before I send it if it’s in a template. I wish there was a way to ping the patient if they haven’t read my invitation.

Overall good experience, glitches are solved relatively quickly

Pros

Appointment confirmations are easy to use, and the best features include the ability to broadcast messages, discuss a patient internally, and assign the conversation to a team member.

Cons

There are glitches, an inability to delete certain messages, and an inability to add certain numbers to the patients' lists even though they are cell phone numbers rather than landlines.

Mediocre at best. We had issues and nothing was addressed. We feel Klara destroyed the reputation of our practice and we can not do anything about it.

Pros

The ease to communicate with patients back and forth was easy and convenient with some patients but not every patient is tech savvy.

Cons

The online booking feature is a complete failure. The customer care between Klara and our practice was practically non existent. The AI aspect was not very accurate or helpful.

Pros

We are able to reach patients easily and the app also sends a text message to pt, making it easier for them to reach us if they do not have the app downloaded.

Cons

Some patients complain about automated messages and end up opting out.

### "The Wonders of Klara "

Klara is one of the best systems our practice has chosen to invest in for our patient care. Klara's easy-to-use interface allows us to navigate and communicate with patients despite having a long queue of messages. most importantly, Klara helped us staff at our clinic to be more efficient with our administrative tasks.

Pros

The ability to communicate with our patients which resulted to shorter queueing times in phone calls as patients have the option now to leave a message, book online, submit their records, etc.

Cons

So far, in my experience using Klara, as the staff in our practice who uses it the most, I do not have anything that I don't like about the system.

Overall I like Klara especially with our patients. The communication levels increase with the use of the platform. But there are some flaws.

Pros

It is a much easier system to use to communicate with patients when they are unable to maybe answer the phone in that moment.

Cons

What I like least about Klara is patients being able to call the texted number. The patients message does not always come across clear.

Cons

THE ALLOWANCE OF MULTIPLE PATIENTS ACCOUNTS. MAKES IT HARD TO FIND THE MOST CURRENT ACCOUNT.

Great overall use. Convenient. I can converse with patients online. I can send texts securely. It helps me also to confirm or cancel appointments.

Pros

The convenience of Klara to confirm or cancel appointments.

Cons

Sometimes the patient pushes the wrong button and their appointment gets cancelled and then they come in with no appointment. But I don't think Klara is necessarily responsible for that. It's operator error.

Klara works efficiently and with ease and has few bugs.

Pros

The ease with which the communication takes place, and the ease of sharing documents. There are rarely any bugs.

Cons

1\. There is no way to edit the text in order to highlight certain words/phrases. Like making it BOLD or a different color, or using highlighter. 2. It would be VERY helpful to have a permanent but editable NOTE field at the top of each account thread that the practice could enter important details about the client on, so that every staff that went into the thread would see about the patient.

Is a please to use and highly recommend it to anyone.

Pros

The website is incredibly user friendly, with a clean and intuitive design that makes navigation seamless.

Cons

The design is visually appealing, but navigation can sometimes feel a bit clunky. Certain sections are not as intuitive as they could be, making it difficuly to find specific information quickly.

Overall experience is great! It is a very useful tool in a busy practice. Our patients love the easiness of shooting me a message. I can always tag the provider if it is something I can't answer. Makes my work easier.

Pros

Klara keeps me off the phone! It is convenient for both the provider as well as the patients.

Cons

I have no complaints! i use Klara all throughout my work day.

Klara is a great app to have to complete our office responsibilities quickly and easily.

Pros

It is great to be able to text patient's easily and securely.

Cons

It is very difficult to merge patient's charts. If there is a phone # on both charts and we take out the # on one to merge,then we can't activate the phone # on the other chart. The only way to do this is to unlink it, add the phone # in, then link the chart back up.

Ok. It isn't the best and isn't the worst. Definitely could use some catch up to modernization. It seems to be outdated.

Pros

I like being able to send messages to pts

Cons

Need to be able to email pts and should have a longer word box. Also don't like that I can't make changes myself to customization have to go through Klara. Do not like how forms import in and are not easily changeable.

Very positive experience overall; very user-friendly with well thought-out features (such as vacation responder and broadcast messaging).

Pros

Transcribed voicemails, reduced call volume, ability to text clients and send forms, responsive and communicative support team.

Cons

The AI autosort feature has been glitching lately, miscategorizing messages, causing them to be missed and leading to upset clients. Wish Klara integrated with more EHRs.

Klara has saved us so much work . We used to do appointment reminder calls before the end of each day ourselves , now Klara does all the work for us ! Patients love that they can just text us instead of calling . The broadcast feature allows us to send out messages & not miss anyone !

Our billing department has two medical professional clients that utilize Klara for patient care, inquiries, appointments, balance notifications and I just wish ALL OF OUR CLIENTS WOULD SWITCH TO IT!

How intuitive it is to use! I love how you can assign conversations and send attachments and how it lists the patient account number!

Honestly....I can't think of one thing that I DON'T LOVE!
