The more views I have for my videos, the more clicks I generate on my affiliate links that go along with the videos. The more clicks on my affiliate links, the more sales I make. Wowza Cloud Streaming is highly beneficial. Pros 1\. I wouldn't say I like downloads (except for the reason to try them), especially for software I use often. Hence, Wowza Streaming Cloud comes fast in the bargain for me because I wont download anything. I have been able to stream live from my browser as it can stream from any browser, and browser-based streaming is simple. 2. The capability to stream pre-recorded and pre-edited videos as LIVE videos on my YouTube channel is a winner all the way. It enhances my live video message as clarity and quality come to the fore. 3. The 1 Month Free Trial is top class and long enough for one to use and appreciate all what this tool can do. If your live streaming projects are for business, then within the trial period, you can make enough money to continue using it as a paid user after the trial is over. Thus the software owners have the poor me in mind as much as they think about the rich user. Talk about empathy! Cons The fact that you must pay for an upgrade to access better enhanced support is an apparent turn-off to start-ups on low budgets. Start-ups have the most questions and need full access to support services regardless of their membership status. They want to learn how to use the software to make money and come back to pay for the upgrade and not to be charged for learning your software. It's unfortunate that the industry in general has had to reinvent itself over the last decade as these features and many more were already working fine with Flash based solutions. Cons It could be a little daunting when creating new stream targets in the UI. Also, when consulting the usage for a given stream there is some false information that seems to creep in (for example, I doubt anyone from Nigeria or Peru were really tuning into my webcast - possibly through a VPN, but even then). It would be nice to have access to more detailed logs (actual IP addresses and viewing time per connection).
