Making libraries of workout content is simple plus they have exercise and workouts pre-programmed as well, that helps save time. You can sell courses and other products on their platform as well which is a bonus. **Cons:** there are times it can be confusing and for us semi-computer idiots its hard to get things done I would like to see a tech adviser be able to help us on call not just through videos or a chat, but a live call and walking you through the more difficult tech aspects of the app Jesse C.
