It can take awhile to get technical support, but they always do respond.
Pros
I really like the technology represented by this mid-priced product. The Flip technology is fun for our customers to use.
Cons
The worst problem is that I am creating a catalog and I want to put links in the Table of Contents and Index. BUT every time I have to upload new pages because I have to change prices etc, all the hundreds of links I've put in previously disappear. It's also frustrating that the online and desktop versions of the program don't work seamlessly together.

Pros
I liked how customizable it is. We were able to edit the way our audience can interact with our flipbook. It also had other quirks such as adding a page turning sound which I personally really enjoyed! The customer service was great as well.
Cons
I am not sure if it's normal, but when I turn a page there is a delay in the clearness.

1\. Easy and simple to use. I already had the pdf of our layout - I just uploaded and hey presto a lovely flip book to share with our guild members. 2. Discount for a non profit organisation
Cons
I haven't found any yet - it all seems quite straightforward. I'm not making use of all of the functionality but it's doing what I need it to do right now.

Pros
I decided to use purchase this software initially for our annual report. We didn't want to spend a lot of time or effort on the annual report this year, but still wanted a nice clean user experience. This flipbook embed was perfect. Super easy installation and looks great. I was actually planning on canceling the product after a few months of displaying the annual report, but I realized it can be used in a lot of other areas on our website. We have around 5-7 whitepaper resources on our website, so I decided to use this software as a nice "teaser" for the first few pages of each resource.
Cons
My only suggestion would be to add responsiveness to the embed widget script. Most people aren't going to know how to do this on their own and it would save the issue of trying to find a happy medium static size between desktop and mobile.

I've been using it for quite a few years now and never have a problem. I have tried a few others and they didn't have the functionality for Flip HTML5.
Pros
The end results elevates a simple brochure into the look of a published magazine! So much more engaging than scrolling through a PDF. I also appreciate that we can link to our website right from the document.
Cons
I haven't had any stumbling blocks so I can't really answer this.

I don't need to create flipbooks everyday, so that an ongoing subscription dos not make sense. It would be nice to be able to subscribe flipbook pro (without leads etc.) for short periods (i.e. for specific projects) as needed.

Pros
FlipHTML5 is everso easy & quick to use. The digital interactive booklets are created in a couple of minutes from a pdf file.

My client, an accountant, was looking for an affordable option to have the 'flipping page' animation added to his portfolios. He wanted to liven them up and give them some movement, so that they would look better as well as be more interactive in viewing. So after weighing other options, we settled on FlipHTML. It's worked out so far, but I'll be looking at other options that would be more secure for an accounting firm.
Pros
The interface is fairly easy to use. The website offers the features I needed within a reasonable price point.
Cons
Features are hidden in strange places and a lot of things are hard to find. I've still yet to find a few of the things I've been trying to personalize... specifically, the loading screen icon. I also wish the security of the flip-books was more substantial, possibly with time limits, expiration dates or an anti-theft (no screenshot) feature.

We're able to deliver an internal publication to our organisation in a more engaging way, and it's easy enough to use that it saves is time while creating a pro interface for our readers.
Pros
The interface is easy to use and intuitive, even for a beginner. I'm able to upload large files in minutes and publish the document in a way that is more engaging for our readers. The features offered allow us to personalise the publication in a way that suits our charities' needs. They also have excellent customer service.
Cons
The features offered are great in each plan, and easy to use for a beginner. It's worth the upgrade to wipe the ads and access the other features.

Easy to use, Customers love both the proofs that I use this product for and the ability to put a complete Magazine or Manual on their website or social media.

I have not had many problems with this BUT I really wish that there was a person to speak with if I did.
